Drop dead yummy carrot cake. I’m always on the hunt for the perfect slice of carrot cake and I’ve found it! They also sell fresh pizza and pizza dough. I’m happy my friend suggested this baker.

I worked w/ Miss Jen @ Carolina Moon Bakery to make a cake for a business function @ Tarheel Fireplace & Grill Shop. I asked for a cake that “represents”. They did such a great job! The chocolate cake was dang skippy delicious (almost had a slight fudgey quality?)and the presentation was awesome. It was like ‘cake’ and ‘art’ had a baby. Love this local business. .
