My mom got food from here and thought she saw an employee take a picture of her card but wasn’t sure and didn’t want to say anything in case she was wrong and then a few days letter my mom’s card was used to order wingstop. I’ve tried calling a million times no answer to speak to a manager about this issue.

Today I randomly chose Arby's for lunch. The food was great. I'm writing a review based on the service I recieved. The lady, I believe Bridgette.. was so nice and helpful at the drive thru. You don't get service like that much these days so I appreciated it!

I went to the Arby's today on hwy 70 in Hickory for the first time in a out 2 years. Two bites of my roast beef sandwich and literally thought I would be sick. Not only was it COLD it was grisley to the point it gagged me. I got up and left and left my sandwich and fries on the table and never looked back.and I promise I will never ever go again.

When I got off work tonight at 8:30, I decided to swing by Arby's on hwy 64-70. This was the first time I have been to an Arby's in many years, my first time at this location. When I got home my family and I sat down to eat. The sauce packets had been left out to long or something. This was by far the nastiest food we have ever tried to eat, we didn't succeed. I recommend going to a different location
Staff is always welcoming and courteous. I love to see these smiling faces in the drive-thru.

I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. It was pretty good and had good buffalo flavor, but the wrap itself was quite hard to eat... like I needed a knife to cut through the wrap. Always love the curly fries... I don't understand why there is now another option other than the O.G. ???♀️ Service was good and the food was brought promtly.
