Bojangles on Lenoir Rhyne Blvd WOW! Y’all don’t knock my “fast food” review just yet.. Just went by with a van full of others while heading out of town for the day and we were all in amazement at the service of this place! There were about 25 of us stop by & they were beyond excited to serve us! The manager Dustin stayed at the front register to greet each of us & take our orders. He kept communicating with his employees, asking if they were okay, if they needed help. We didn’t have to wait for biscuits to cook as we would have in many other places. Our food was super fresh & delicious. The manager even took the time to come out & ask each of us how everything was & if we needed anything. He even took our trash off our tables. He is absolutely top notch at his job, his customer service, & his treatment of employees. I wish he could go around to every establishment & train them with his integrity & values. Thank you Dustin & your team for such Amazing service!

Staff was rude manager was rude. Had to wait 35 minutes for chicken. Walked in to pick it up because no one ever brought it out to my car. Manager didn’t even say I’m so sorry for the way said here put it on the counter and walked away. I understand you may be understaffed, but if I treated my customers the way I was treated I wouldn’t have a business

My husband and I go every morning for breakfast and sometimes for lunch or dinner. Your staff is great in Hickory NCThe sausage egg and cheese, combo for my husband and 2 Burberry biscuits light on the icing and with bo rounds and sometimes I just get fries with no seasoning just varies. Thank you all for being great

For my personal view is that I was disappointed my wife and I both ordered sausage biscuit with cheese combo we got seasoned fries which were pretty good and a drink the sausage biscuit wasn't buttery which I find Bojangles equivalent to God when it comes to buttery biscuits but nothing the sausage was hard I took three bites and I spit the third out all I'm saying is that Bojangles in Hickory North Carolina on 127 across from the dealership and next door to Goodwill would get it together it's good to be friends at a job and with the people that come within but sometimes they need to pay attention to the food and the other people that need to get to where they need to be
