I ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich and neither item was anywhere close to being right. I attached the order details so I can go down and list off every item that was wrong. To start off the bacon burger had a sauce neither indicated on the receipt nor the order itself when placed online. Such a lovely surprise to take a bite and receive a taste of a mystery sauce we did not order. We also specifically ordered pepper jack cheese and didn’t get it. We specifically ordered no Mayo and no lettuce but still the kitchen decided to add them. When peopel say no to certain items it’s not because of pickiness, maybe just maybe they have certain food intolerances that prevent them from eating those items.The buffalo chicken ranch sandwich came with neither buffalo or ranch which as you can see on the order receipt were specifically included. You’d think if you order an item called buffalo chicken sandwich it’s because you wanted buffalo on it.Please do better. People work hard for their money, these items were not free or gifted. We paid our hard earned money on it and yet it was all wrong. It’s very disappointing as a customer to even have to waste the time to come on here and make a review. And yes, I did call the establishment and expressed my disappointment and even though the establishment was in the wrong they still hung up on me before I was done talking.

Went in for lunch , received an email saying Tuesday, bogo wings , so , I tried to order that , the server said not with the lunch discount, although the email does not state that , so , I if choose the bogo , price goes from $13.00 to $22.49 , I checked email again, still didn't see anything about whether it was for lunch or dinner , all it says is for dine in , which I was doing . The server is terrible, standing around talking to co workers , took 15 to bring my check , and asked for a to go box , which took another 10 minutes. I hope this isn't a career path she is planning on taking, Celeste , my advice to you is find something you're better at , cause this isn't it .

Always understaffed. No one ever at front to answer phone or take any orders for takeout or to hand out pickup orders. You are treated like you’re invisible and never acknowledged before 15-20 minutes at least. I never leave bad reviews but this place needs to either close or hire some people to work.

$7.50 for a pint??? That’s the price for beer at a Carolina Panthers game!Our server was very nice despite the restaurant seeming understaffed for lunch hour. Still not sure why the three guys at our table who all ordered wings received our meals staggered minutes apart. It’s a a 4 top with wings and fries, not rare steaks. they can sit in the hot window a sec while you plate the others so we don’t have to all take turns watching each other eat on our lunch break.
30m wait on table. Hour and a half more for food. This could have been forgave if the food was good. It wasn't. My order was wrong and overcooked. The wings were like they were dehydrated. Jerky wings.. Bathroom toilet overflowed onto a guys shoes while in the restroom..

Just word of advice do not plan to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings in Hickory anytime soon. There serving policy has changed and is so ridiculous. Bringing each peace of food as it comes out to be fresh. Meanwhile the rest of your food is getting cold. Brining adults before children is not ok especially when one of the children’s food is a cold item which by policy then should have been served first and fresh. Never in my life the manager also seems to think this is an effecent policy. Other Buffalo Wild Wings in different areas aren’t following this policy. Makes no sense who came up with this ?. Not to mention the cleanliness is awful food on the back of bench’s ect. Overall this facility needs help in the midst of the chaos in there. However are server was good despite the restaurant issues.
