Walked in before 7:30pm and immediately upon walking in the staff looked at us and stated they were closed as people came in after us and ordered food. The other employees were just sitting around talking and playing on their phones. Terrible customer service, especially when the hours say you’re open until 9pm. I haven't been back at this location in awhile and will likely not be back again. If you’re closed or experiencing issues then lock the door and put a sign up. Management needs to look at their current employment if that's a representation of how they treat their customers and store overall. If I could leave less than a star review, I would in a heartbeat!

I am not the one to leave bad reviews. The fact that I felt so inclined to leave a review states how horridius the place was managed. For starters we were told they were out of fries after we were rung up for a large fry. Which then started a shouting match between the kitchen and cashiers. After play fighting with each other our food was finally brought to use in togo form which suggested us to leave. While were walking out the door one of the workers was going to lock the door while telling others they were closed keep in mind it was 7pm online says they close at 9pm which then we couldn’t leave. Once we finally got to the car we noticed our food was very undercooked and inedible. I do not necessarily blame the staff they were very young and probably there first job. The management is incompetent and no one should return until they’re replaced or given proper training. If there is one good thing that came out of this is that I found out which one of the cashiers has a better jump shot.

However today has made the final decision to make this review and we will no longer be coming to BurgerFi. To start the cashier was very rude to us while we were ordering, then while we were eating a few of the employees engaged in a physical altercation and screaming match between themselves. This resulted in us and other patrons packing up our food, throwing food away and leaving.

I’ve always loved out local BurgerFi here in Hickory NC but I gotta say that the last couple times I’ve been in there it has progressively gone downhill. Today was my most recent visit and when I walked in I was petrified, I almost turned around and left but didn’t want to make a scene but, the first thing that got me was how wet dirty the floor was, the tables were greywater streaked from wiping tables down with a dirty rag. There were some menu items not available but that’s not a big bother, it happens from time to time. The small portion of the floor that was dry stuck to my shoes as I walked to the table to await my food, which I have no complaint about because it was hot and fresh but the dining area was a mess. I dared not go to the restroom and thats why I didn’t speak on it. I won’t be going back there in the near future.

We've always loved BurgerFi. Our experience this eve (approx 6:30pm) was one for the books - and not in a good way. Menu items were out of stock. No big deal, it happens. To our dismay, a fight between the female employees broke out in the kitchen and behind the register. The loudest ruckus ever with F-bombs on top of F-bombs. All the customers started getting up and leaving - I suspect for fear of things turning violent. I'm sorry but this place is too expensive and this was simply unacceptable. A family of 5-6 across from us with small kids immediately got up and took their son outside. They quickly grabbed to-go bags and left. All mgmt could say was "I'm sorry". Well, that simply isn't enough. We left, too. We will not be back.

This place is horrible! Every time we go here, nothing is right. The place is run by kids who don't want to be there, don't know what they're doing, and do the bare minimum. There's never a manager around. Kitchen staff likes to pretend they are the manager when you call to speak with the manager. You can hear them laughing and snickering in the background. They all take cigarette breaks while people wait in the drive thru. Someone just put our order together after eating their own food in the dining room, and didn't bother to wash their hands! Horribly run restaurant. Food isn't worth the high prices, either!!! This trip they made our fries plain, when we paid for the family size truffle fries. Our onion rings were soggy and greasy. My husband says we need to find a new burger joint, because we aren't coming back here.

The building was extremely cold and had a terrible smell. I tried to eat outside at the patio to warm up but the doors were locked. The food is expensive and is pretty good. Not sure if it's $17 good but it seems this store is under new management as it's not as good as it use to be.
Ever been to Chic-Fil-A? Who am I kidding, of course you have! You may have noticed the incredibly friendly and professional environment. So this place is the exact opposite of that. Not friendly and not professional. I felt unwelcome in this restaurant. I ate at this location on opening date and it was great! It was great for the first couple years and continuously degraded. This is not a restaurant I will be returning to despite the delicious food. This review earned 2 stars due to the good food and accuracy of my order.

I stopped by this place to grab lunch and I'm so glad I dod. I had the plant based burger and urban fries and both were soooo good. My favorite are the urban fries hands down. That truffle sauce is heavenly. The wait extremely long so was in and out. I can't wait to go back again!

Expensive yuck that might have been good but this location is dirty, the food is prepared badly, and it's simply not worth it. If you're in the mood for an expensive, good burger go to 5 Guys - this isn't it.

I haven't been to burgerfi in years and figured my family and I could stop in really quick. Staff did greet us but were super friendly and rushed us to order. Upon receiving our food, I was extremely disappointed. My sons hot dog was greasy and burnt and you could obviously tell the fries were not fresh and just heated up in the microwave. The drink station had a puddle in front of it and even though there were three service employees no one had bothered to mop it up, there was simply a wet floor sign up. Overall, for the price it was simply mediocre. I could not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This place was so good! I wasn’t a fan of the prices but I understand the quality & with price/demand is going to make it more $$ compared to other food places. I loved the onion rings as well.
