Made reservations for my daughter's 16 birthday with family and friends. When we arrived we were told that the oven's weren't working. This was an issue as they are known for their pizza. OK we're here. Ends up a lot more than the pizza on the menu was affected by the oven being out. OK burgers and chicken it is. We didn't complain. Our waitress that night was awful ! Rarely came back to check on us, and they weren't that busy ( can see why now). We eat, food is ok but not great. Still trying to make the best of a milestone birthday. We order desert and by a comment the waitress at this time is made aware that it is a very special birthday. Promises to bring out her desert with a candle. Guess what no candle ! Was an absolute mess for a 16th birthday. Have not and will not ever ever ever go to this place again, nor will anyone at the party and we have certainly spread the word.

Beyond disappointed and shocked by our Easter Brunch experience. Food was disgusting at best. What was actually there was cold and old sitting in chaffing dishes. Most of the food was gone and not being replenished. We had a 1:00 p.m. reservation time, there were still many people coming in so there should have been food available. Very few options of food to begin with, and not near the wonderful and quality food we have been getting there for years. We were not aware of the buffet only option. It was not on the website or anywhere when the reservations were made. It may have been posted later but we didn't look again after making the reservation. Other people were saying the same. There were four of us and we barely ate a thing. I felt like something happened either with staffing or with getting food because this has always been a go to restaurant for my family when I'm in town. I hope this was a one off issue.

Very disappointed with our experience today. A shame as we’ve had great experiences here prior. We were looking forward to a special Easter lunch celebration and we arrived to find a buffet only option for $35 p/p and a buffet that was almost completely out of food. No shrimp, no prime rib, no grits, no hash browns, and more. The service was lacking and slow leaving dishes piled on the table. No one offered any alternatives to the lack of buffet options until we communicated our frustration. We were then offered small fillets. We will not be back for brunch or anything anytime soon.

The food was great but expensive. It was relaxing environment but all courses came out really slow.

Each person was served at different times from the first person to the last person in a span of over 15 minutes, food was cold. The kitchen did not appear to coordinate with waitress or guests.

The new menu is quite good. The only thing needed is more appetizers. The bar tender was good last evening and our waiter, Joshua, was very good. Some new and different desserts along with lower prices, and I think everything will be back on track!! Enjoyable evening!!

The service was poor. Our water was never filled and drinks took a very long time to arrive. We had a table of eight and meals were delivered at different times. Waiter was not in sight most of the night. The food was marginal.

The "private" room is just a store room, and they have a super big TV in there where you watch the cooks live. I thought it was super weird. For the price I thought the food was ok at best.

Food was not great. Not sure if it was an off day we were there for brunch. 2 had the steak tips. The steak portion was small eggs overcooked. Hollandaise was okay. One had the stack salad with grilled chicken. It was aweful. One had the stuffed French toast the filling was lumpy and strange. Overall not worth the price. It's a beautiful restaurant . Staff was good.

The appetizer meatballs were good but cold. Our Medium Filet came out rare. It took our server about 5 minutes to do a first taste table check. The cook up took 10 minutes and the steak came out well done, while the fingering potatoes were now cold. The snapper was great, however I was finished eating by the time my fiance was able to eat her well done steak and cold potatoes.

Food was very good, but service was not, especially for price you pay. Drink refills took forever as did the wait for our entrees. Some entrees were lukewarm from obviously waiting to be brought out. We had to take silverware from table next over after asking multiple time for missing setting. We asked for soup appetizer to be brought before dinner, but it arrived with dinner. We sent it back and then it was still on the bill and had to remind server to remove.
