We purchased a 4 cookie box. We have gotten cookies here quite a few times with this being the first time they have all been below average. Sad :(The cinnamon and monster cookies have no flavor and are very dry.

I have been to this cookie crumble 2 times, the first time was so good but the second time has left me absolutely disgusted. I purchased 3 chocolate chip and 1 carrot cake when I got home sat down to eat this delicious cookie, I ate half of this cookie which was really good UNTIL I started to take another bite. There was a black hair sticking out ?. I video taped me pulling this hair out, it was so long and gross. Now I’m too disgusted to go back to my favorite cookie spot. ??? I understand we are all humans, mistakes happen but why no hair nets?? Waste of $14 ? (So apparently I can’t upload a video, I took screen shots of the video though).
