Don't order food for delivery from here, it's the worst experience ever, takes forever for someone to acknowledge you and then there is some girl doing nothing walking around, if you do delivery expect at least an hour before someone asks who you are there for

I believe that they have changed something. I don't know if it's the cook or food distributor. We absolutely love the Colorado Omelets, although their taste was off this time, and we both felt nauseated later. Our waitress was nice, but she wasn't on it. You had to ask for the salsa that was supposed to come with it, and you had to ask for a refill even with the empty cups sitting near the edge. We still tipped nicely, thought that maybe she was new and would get better with time.

If I could give zero stars I would. It is unbelievable that after a 30-35min wait to be seated (which was reasonable) we had to wait another 20mins to get our drinks and an hour and 15mins to get food that they had said the cook was making. Not only that, there was 2 other parties that came in after us. One party of 3 and another of 6 all adults. We were a party of 6. 2 adults and 4 kids. Orders were simple all kids wanted French toast and we wanted pancakes and all the other parties were all served but us. I don’t want to think it was a racial issue but it definitely felt like it.

The service was awful. We sat there 30 minutes waiting for a waitress finally had to get the lady that sat us. Finally ordered food it came out about 40 mins. or so and barely warm. We were sitting there got to eat but it took one and half hour.

Server came over stinking of weed and was so pungent me and my wife with two kids almost had our asthma flare up, second time she returned she had doused herself in perfume which made it worse.The food was good but one order was wrong and didn't get it replaced till we were leaving, also the tables around us were left with dirty dishes the entire time we were there.

Hadn't been to IHOP in a few yrs...actually before I had a stroke. But I remembered there food and service use to be good so I suggested to my boyfriend to let's try it.We'll first of all they got my order wrongI ordered a Colorado omelet I had never had before and after waiting a long time they came to our table and explained the cook misread the order and made the wrong omelet.He made a mushroom and spinach omelet. Which wouldn't be so bad but not what I ordered!I'm diabetic and by this time my sugar was starting to fall. ?They said did I just want the wrong one to eat for my sugar and they would go ahead and still make the correct one and I could eat both or take one home. I just wanted the one I ordered while I was there, not both.I asked them if my boyfriend's would be getting cold while they were making mine?They said no because they made my wrong one first and was just now making his. But as fast as he eats and the delay I chose not to have them make the correct one.Well after already waiting a very long timeThe manager came up and said either way they was giving me my meal free. Knocking it off the bill.So I chose to just eat the wrong one in disappointment.I had ordered hash browns on the side too and they were cooked so hard on one side I could barely crunch them. So they remade those for me also.My experience seemed to go from bad to worse. They were all super nice and very apologetic, but I was still displeased cause of the food mixup and more.There's more that wasn't right also but this is already long. But my reunion visit was very displeasing and disappointing ?
Only had two servers working but food was great and we did get our food within a reasonable timeframe.

My family and I were 1 of the 2 customers that were there to eat. It was not busy whatsoever, but dyum! The service was so slow. We waited for our food for about an hour. The couple who ate with us had already gotten their food, finished it, and left while we were still waiting. I feel that iHop has lost its touch. The sirloin steak I got with mushroom was not fully cooked. Mushroom was still hard and not soft. The good thing I ate was the chicken cassadilla. There was tons of jalopenos in it jsyk. I say if you are in a hurry, go eat somewhere else. If not, just keep waiting for your food.

Sat in the waiting room of an empty restaurant with 2 other families for 15 minutes, they are only seating 2 parties at a time. Ok, short staffed, we waited. Omettes filled with burnt meat and vegetables. Pancakes hard and dry like it was this mornings batter. Trust your gut, go somewhere else.
