Love this place. Make sure to go before they close on st. Paddy's day!

If no one is going to put the effort in to provide good service and good food, you should just close now. My first time, I ordered the fish and fries. The fish was over cooked, dark brown, tasted like erasers. The fries were undercooked. I usually have 3 drinks but was only able to order one and that was when I walked in. It seems if you are a regular, you are paid more attention. There were about 10 people at the bar, it wasn't busy enough to justify being ignored. I always generously tip but couldn't do it with this kind of service.

It's ok but just ok!!! Over priced for what you get as far as food. Beer prices are what you get else where. We both got a Reuben it's good but sauerkraut overpowering the rest of the sandwich it needs less sauerkraut more sauce. I got pub chips hubby got fries both were way too salty. Seems more of a bar less of a restaurant. Definitely will not be back

Always a pleasure coming here we love the place & the food is always hot & delicious. Most of all Alisha at the bar is excellent she Always hold a friendly personality & always very professional. She is just a pleasure to come and see & she is very good at what she does. My husband tried the Ruben sandwich & onion soup he really enjoyed. We always get your pretzels & I had the Pub soup so good . Thanks again McCroskey’s

Good place for a drink. Food is better than I expected. Good service that night.

Our main purpose for choosing J. McCroskey's was their many TV's and the hope for a good local sports bar. We were one of two couples in the entire bar. The waitresses had no idea what the World Series was or if the bar would be having it on that night. The Shepard's pie was good but very salty. My husband got the Taste Of Ireland. They had no sausage so there was no Bangers and Mash. His Long Island Ice Tea got raves from him. They had multiple servers but somehow it still took longer than normal for service. We left before the game started looking for a proper sports bar.

Best bloody Mary I've had in awhile. The burgers there are great.

Best place to go and eat and the drinks are top notch. I can't say enough about how good this place is. It's hard to go anywhere else and be as happy as we are with the food, the personable service by the waitresses and atmosphere.

An extreme disappointment today. We have enjoyed this place for the 5 years we have been in town. Went there tonight for the first time in a long time, extremely limited menu, with jacked up prices. Not worth going there anymore.

I had the grilled chicken sandwich w a side salad. Chicken was cooked perfectly, wasn’t overdone and dry like most places.
