So disappointed in this Jason's Deli...I ALMOST ATE A STICK INSIDE OF MY SALMON....PUNCTURING MY GUMS....PICTURE PROVIDED...it wasn't in my sandwich it was inside my salmon... I am a very understanding person that things happen but this is beyond things just happening.... ordered Togo to find out I didn't get a fruit cup and dip, no Chipotle aoli on my salmon when in fact that's what comes on it, my daughters bread was soup due to them putting oils, dips and sauces all on the bread before any veggies it was literally a veggie sandwich, half a bowl of Mac n cheese and 3/4 a bowl of soup... I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION!!! Scooping soup off a shelf with Togo bowls, the cashier telling the people making our food I'm so sorry about what I'm sending to you before sending our food through as if we order items not on the menu or they have to go out of their way absolutely nothing was even warm...

we had the new Alamo wrap and I had the roasted red pepper hummus it was great, actually I put the hummus inside my wrap it was wonderful!!!

I went there for dinner and waited 30 minutes for my food, which still was not ready after waiting that long. I was on my lunch break and had to leave to get back. Since the food still wasn't ready, I couldn't get it to take with me. I had to get a refund. Now I know not to go there when time is limited and expect to get the food.

This is the kind of deli I have been looking for! You see famous deli in big cities like New York! But now one I. The area is awesome. They have a big menu and one of the best salad bars I have seen in a long time! If you love deli's I highly recommend!!

We ordered today as a group order, There was an issue with some of the sandwiches. I called and spoke to Kathy and she was so sweet and offered to remake our sandwiches or refund us some money. What I didn't expect was the effort and friendliness of both Kathy and Rachel who went out of their way to make sure my birthday was not ruined by this experience. We will definitely be placing another order with Jason's Deli in Hickory NC again.

The second time in a row they have gotten the order wrong. The sandwich was ok, the gumbo was bland.
I'm always surprised at how good Jason's is compared to other Deli's. I just wish they had more locations.

The food was great... my only issue was that the salad bar had empty pans that needed refilling. The young man refilling was scraping lettuce that was on the perimeter back into the refilled pan. I felt that was unsanitary. Otherwise, everything was good and tasty. Gotta love those muffins... I also love the variety of toppings for the salad... the fried onions... yummy ?. Sandwiches are good, too, and the desserts are delish.Parking: Shared parking lot... plenty spaces. Handicapped parking is in front of the take-out door.
