Been here a few times. Everyone has always been courteous to us. Just this evening we stopped by very close to closing time, I was concerned they may have already cleaned the grill. The young black guy was more than happy to make my hot sub even with the time and the fact the grill looked like it had been cleaned.The young white girl who finished our sandwich and rung us up was also very friendly.I see some reviews complaining about the service but we have not had any issues with staff or food quality.

The current evening shift is completely incompetent. They must be stoned, staring off into space while an order is given. The subs were not correct no matter how many times I asked for mayo and banana peppers. I don't mean to crude but how dense do you have to be, to not be able to follow instruction given repeatedly?

Love Jeresey Mike's but I was in your store earlier to purchase a sub. One lady was running the register and also putting lettuce, tomato, etc on subs. She handled money then continued to stick her hands in the food with the same gloves on. When it came to my sandwich I politely asked her to please change her gloves. She didn't like it at all. Come on Jersey Mike's those employees are adults, they should know that's not very sanitary! Thinking twice before I eat there again.

Came in on Dec 1st at 11:15. Ordered my food and they asked for my name. When the younger boy, tall with a black hat heard my name said to the employee making the food, he repeated it and started laughing. He continued to keep smiling and looking at me. This is not the kind of atmosphere I want to support. This kid needs discipline.

I eat here almost once a week I’ve had good and bad experiences here, mostly good. This particular Friday night 10/20/23 my two Big Kahuna sandwiches were perfect. Perfect amount of toppings to meat and no grease made it on the bread so shout out to whoever was running the grill this night!
