This place is sketchy, dark and not clean at all and the food is the worst I’ve ever had! and I think they’re selling more than just food there in the back because I don’t think he’s selling enough food to stay open somebody got to check it.

If you eat here, you’ll probably end up with food poisoning. The food is disgusting and everything taste like fish.

Support local businesses!!! The type of spot great food comes from and with all the revitalization downtown the location is awesome.

On a whim we went by tonight. I had no expectations at all, and was pleasantly surprised. The burgers were excellent. My 3 year old devoured her hot dog. The fries were incredible. And the prices were unbelievable. We will return.Go by and get a great no frills burger.

I’m from out of town, the wife and I were tired of the same run of the mill restaurants. She picked John Boyz and, boy…what a choice! We had the fried chicken plate and hotdogs. Let me tell you, some of the best ever! I will be coming back when I’m back in the area.

Seem like local neiborhood people are only the ones liking it, but believe me, dont let the pictures fool you. Avoid this place; everything is fried in old oil that smell like fish and should have been change and thrown out long ago.. The food are "great value brand" bought from walmart only, which you could have just go buy it and cook it yourself.. this place is not a restaurant, this place is just someones dirty kitchen.. just being honest!

I wouldn’t let my dog eat here. This place is so nasty. I don’t see how the health department can let them be open. Raw chicken laid out on the sink for who knows how long. I stood in there for 10 mins waiting on a doordash order. I counted atleast 10 different health code violations in that time. I’ve worked in and seen kitchens in multiple states and this by far %100000 is the worst. Please don’t eat here and if you are brave enough. Dine in and have the experience for yourself. I seriously want to report them to the health department. Nasty ?
