What's with the dude in the window putting his hand up to his mouth and touching his mouth then handing food and drinks out. He was so high he thought handing me the wrong drink was so hilarious. I mean I'm all for 420 but if you can't handle handing food out a window then maybe you should wait till you clock out.

Quick and friendly service. No issues. Completed every request I had without issue.
I found it odd that I was asked to take a parking spot to wait on my order when all I ordered was a large vanilla ice coffee. And I then had to wait almost 10 minutes to to get my order.

I used my mobile app for $5 Breakfast Combo. And they overcharged me and then when I told manager they were in the wrong he said that it was taxes . since when is taxes .99 in NC the manager name was Omar. He was very rude and not trying to fix the mistake. He told me to complain to the app. As a manager he lacks professionalism and could care less of his "black" customers. I'm sure if I was Spanish he would have fixed it with no problem. I'm tired of going to theses places and they don't care about customers.. By the way I went down street to next McDonald's and they charged me correctly. $5.67 not $5.99. Stop robbing your customers! I wonder how many times a day people get robbed from this location!

This McDonalds’ location gave me the best customer service I have ever received at any McDonald’s restaurant chain. I’m visiting NC from MD with my school, there was about 40 college students in this McDonalds and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. Our food came out fast and hot, and our orders were correct. Shout out to the general manager or supervisor a short Latino lady I think her name was Doria for her amazing customer service!!
As of a few weeks back, I will never patronize this location again. The staff was lazy and smug. The manager Omar is a liar, rude and dismissive about complaints.He doesn't follow policy and he needs to be retrained.

This location is closest to my work. So yes this is my go to place if I decide on mcdonalds. Every single time my order is gross or wrong. Today I get a mcchicken and there's no lettuce, just a big glob of mayo everywhere. I didn't request no lettuce. So why couldn't they throw some on there? Why wouldn't they add lettuce ? Every other time my bread has been soggy and food is mushy. I'm not wasting anymore of my time if they cannot make edible food. I rather drive out my way if it means the food will be what is expected. I've never had a single McDonald's be so bad EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I get it, mistakes can happen. But they shouldn't happen CONSTANTLY.

I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely disgusted with the service and food here. Was given the wrong burger so kindly brought it back and they gave me the exact same wrong burger again. So I went in to just get my money back and the manager proceeded to tell me pretty much that I was crazy when it was 100000% apparent I wasn't. Just absolutely horrifying experience. Absolutely horrifying. Also, still haven't got my refund back on my card, will update.
