I ordered a hot carmel latte and they did not put the lid on good. The lid came off and it spilled on my neck, chest and hand scalding me. I filed a report and was told someone would contact me and to date no one has reached out.
This place is hit or miss. I guess it depends on who is working. Their ice cream machine is "broken" 99% of the time. Today they charged me for 3 fries even though I only ordered 2. They acted like it would be a lot of trouble to give me the couple of dollars back so I just told them to give me the fries. Considering it costs as much to eat here now as it does to eat at a nice restaurant it would be nice to at least have good service, but I don't expect too much from a fast food...read full review

Although I used the drive through only today, I had great service and they got my drink order correct? As I ordered unsweet tea.. there have been a few times at different McDonald's that when I order unsweet tea I get sweet tea so I'm very happy when the order is right!
