I go to this Moe’s all the time. I get the same bowl and it usually has been consistent. Tonight I’m HIGHLY disappointed. When you get charged for a bowl and even extra for steak and there is ZERO MEAT. not even one piece of steak. When that’s all I order. It’s sad. I don’t like being the person who always checks my order and until now this place had my trust. I even had my husband taste it and he looked before tasting and said no there is no meat in it. I’m disappointed. I never go to chipotle or any other place like it. It was always this Moe’s but guess forget that. Make sure you check they don’t forget a staple in your bowl. Sucks I even gotta say that. It was good while it lasted.

Showed up a few minutes before close and all the food is off the line and I get told to kick rocks. Last time I checked the close time is when you stop serving and taking customers but hey I guess I don't need to eat here. I'll take my money elsewhere, where it is appreciated.

Alayna definitely deserves way more than five stars. Absolute best personality for customer service and treat you like a friend when you walk in and not just another customer. Always smiling and will never let a customer leave unhappy. I will always use this Moe’s because of her amazing customer service!!

moes southwest grill is a dead beat restaurant they dont pay there bills they get the service they want then they refuse to pay the bill we did work for them months ago and to date they refuse to pay steer clear of them dont do any work for them you will not get paid the hickory store is the culprit . 1750.00 always clear sewer and drain llc mooresville nc

DONT GO HERE. The worst customer service I have ever received. The girls working here were rude and messed up my order after I had previously asked them to fix it and gave me very rude attitudes when I simply asked them to fix it. They need to be fired!!
I don't expect Chick-Fil-A greetings everywhere but if the customer service is so icy and unfriendly that I'm not comfortable ordering, it's likely a problem for your business. Left and went to Chipotle after a weird silence standoff with an employee who socially couldn't walk through the ordering assembly process comfortably.

Great food and amazing sweet tea. My go to place for tea and stacks, which are basically a build your own crunch wrap from taco bell. Clean tables, clean station, and great staff. I always get a side of queso that is plenty for one serving to go with chips, staff will walk you through toppings and are understanding if you have never been before. I always recommend getting a combo and trying the tea and queso. The salsa bar is really good also, you can try multiple ones free of charge with your meal!

First visit to this fast food location. It was late and we were exhausted from traveling. We weren't familiar with the menu and ordering process. We were ushered to the opposite end of the counter via a finger point rather than being verbally greeted. The ordering process was wonky and the employee seemed irritated. When requesting a menu item as it was posted, we were told that we could've modified in any fashion we chose, but we weren't aware of the additional costs or what was included so that made the ordering process a bit confusing. The food tasted OK, but not worth returning when we weren't treated as a valued customer.
