Our server Casey (?) Was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.Food was good. Had my favorite southern pecan chicken tender salad. My daughter had the pineapple chicken bowl.

I had the buttermilk fried shrimp and a side garden salad the shrimp came out hot and crispy, the salad was very fresh. The waitress was very attentive and checked on us multiple times.I would recommend this O'Charleys Restaurant .

It's a decent place to grab a bit to eat. The food was tasty, with good portion sizes that were filling. Free fluffy white rolls were provided.Being in the south on vacation, I tried something from the southern selection as we don't see these items on a menu back home. I tried country fried steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It has onions and a delicious brown gravey. This is not a dish I have ever seen in New England. I did not know what to expect. The closest thing to this dish is a Salisbury steak, and it tasted very much like it. I would like some other souther specialty next time.The restaurant was not very busy when we were there. I think they were short staffed as most places are these days. We had to wipe a missed spot off our table when we arrived.We had the chicken tenders as an appetizer with a chopoltiee BBQ sauce. Tenders were hot crispy and tender inside. I would get these again.It was so nice to try this southern chain and avoid fast food while on this trip to the south.

I really want to brag on our server today, Kameron. Not only was he able to juggle the many responsibilities he was assigned, he did so with finesse.His professionalism was definitely noticed in his handling of difficult customers who appeared intent on complaining with the goal of gaining free food.Through it all, Kameron gave service with a smile. O'Charley's has a great asset in this young man and I hope management knows it.
