Only been living in the area a year. Had never ate at Outback before. 10 year old son was my company. ♥️ Sat quickly. Ordering and food arrival only took about 20 minutes. Fresh, hot, delicious, exactly how I ordered. Location was clean snd well maintained. What put me on the floor was the server. She was the best server i've had in years. Layla was kind, attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly. She projected professionalism. I would definitely go back any day.

Update.... Been twice in the last 30 days. Still undercooked food. Waited triple the time quoted at check in after call ahead. Was told we somehow got deleted off the wait list. Wait time for food was crazy. 1 of the 2 times the waitress was well mannered and kept apologizing. Having to send refill for drinks to the kitchen instead of the waitress just grabbing is ridiculous.Service was pretty bad. Our waitress was training a new server and she probably should have been the last person training someone... No refills. Our child's steak obviously came out pouring blood instead of med well. The shrimp appetizer was pretty good. Probably the worst filet I've ever had. The baked potato was not done.

We had a great experience here. I had heard about their promos and really wanted to go. The service was solid, and the food was excellent. This is one of the better Outback Steakhouses. If you're traveling it's close to a few hotels.

Our experience with Outback restaurants has been hit or miss. This was a hit! We went for the steak and lobster promo, and it was exactly what we were looking for. If you're looking for a huge portion of you, you'll be disappointed because it is just a canner sized tail. However, this is what we expected, and it was flavourful and cooked perfectly. The price was right, too.The bread was fresh out of the oven. Delicious! The potato soup was seasoned and came out hot. My steak was cooked as I ordered it, and the service was solid.An extra bonus point for the manager mingling with the patrons and checking on our food and service.The parking was ample. We got a booth, and there was minimal to no wait.

I had dinner last night at the bar and it was a fantastic experience. The bartenders Corrie and Hannah make you feel right at home with their friendly demeanor and exceptional service. Not to mention fantastic food with a steak that was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was one of overall comfort and relaxation. I wasn't there to just eat but also to relax and enjoy my time. I'll be honest I wasn't expecting this kind of experience at a chain as you would at a local bar or restaurant. To say it exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. I look forward to returning and thank you again to Corrie and Hannah for ensuring my experience was top notch.

We waited for over an hour on our meal. Waitstaff was very rude, rolled their eyes at us and other customers while talking about us and others. She hardly ever checked on us to see if we needed anything. The poor manager tried to be nice and helpful but she could not make up for the rudeness and frustration. Meals were overcooked and hard.
