I was waiting here at 10:30 for FOUR HOURS and NOBODY CAME. I wanted the new spicy dragonfruit drink, but to my utter dismay NO ONE ANSWERD. Horrible service. I cannt believe they would hide from me. I literally saw them, but they ignored me.

This is an off-highway Starbucks, so not super cozy or anything. The kale & mushroom egg bites were so much better than I expected. It was a chilly morning so I had the lavender oat milk matcha hot instead of iced; incredible. The staff was very nice, but my friend's muffin sat by the drive thru window instead of being called out to the tables. And my order wasn't called at all, or, if it was, it was muffled, because I was not far from the counter and didn't hear anyone call out orders. Oh, the chocolate chip cookie was amazing: soft in the middle and a tiny bit crunchy at the edges.

So thankful this is in our neighborhood. What a great addition. Never have to wait in line, always space available to set up my laptop or meet a colleague for an out of office meeting. Drinks are quickly served with a smile and the staff is always friendly.

The server got my order wrong, treated me like I was stupid for it being wrong. Made my order and made it wrong. When I asked about it not being made properly she lied. Haughty attitude from people that are supposed to be performing a service and getting paid well for the product then expecting a tip. I don't go out much nor do I usually spend that kind of money and this situation is a great example of why I don't!!!!!!!!!!! Furious in hickory hwy 321
