Dump , I’ve lived in Hickory for 30 years. This place is always been bad. Since the renovation a while back, it’s even worse. There’s never any managers on Shift and Employees act like they’re at the zoo.Why would anyone let people that act like that make their food lol.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. employees act like at they’re at the circus and the order is ALWAYS wrong.

I thought the Hwy 70 store might have improved since the remodel, but no, it hasn't. Silly me pulled away without checking my bag. One out of three items was missing. ?
Food wasn't bad but the employee's are rude as hell. While sitting there and eating a customer went and asked for a fork and the employee pretty much yelled at him saying it was in the bag when clearly it wasn't otherwise he wouldn't be asking for a fork. Love taco bell but definitely will continue going to the one in Icard!!

Went inside to order...Was kinda slow inside not many ppl there. Order came out fast and the burrito s were big and hot.. I enjoyed the meal!
Food was fine. Cold, impersonal atmosphere. Kiosk orders only. Employees ignore you. Older gentleman tried to speak to an employee twice and they ignored him both times. Wouldn't even look at him. How rude can you possibly be?

I love taco bell..not this one they don't hire staff that care. They skimp out on ingredients to a laughable level. You are either eating a empty tortilla or a taco shell full of lettuce.
