Small wait for 3pm on a Saturday. Parking lot was nearly full. Waited outside in the breezeway for fifteen-ish minutes, got a text, and walked right in.Server was busy but friendly and attentive.Food was great, but borderline pricy.Three steaks, three sodas, and an app totaled nearly $100 after tax and tip.Drinks were … odd. Halfway through the meal, the server refilled diet soda instead of regular. Apparently the soda concentrate boxes were mixed up in the kitchen.After a round of “try this”, the sodas were replaced with tea. Life moved on, but it wasn’t awesome to go without a drink while the issue was being determined and fixed.Is a funky drink the end of the world? Of course not.Should it happen for a $30 per plate dinner without management giving a darn?Apparently so.These days, price increases are a given, but greater prices bring greater expectations and demand greater responsibility.Management needs to have a better visibility of their store’s issues and should be more apparent and reactive to retain business.

Our sever kiki was terrible at hickory NC ..she left us hanging we had to get our on rolls ..we had to go to the bar for refills.. luckily a manager named Jamie stepped in and saved the day...our sever kiki came backed and smelled of marijuana. And was higher then the sky. She paid more attention to the guys at our table than the females was just very unprofessional but thanks to Jamie she saved the day

Always a great place to visit! Great quality food, amazing service, and great atmosphere! One of my local favorites when getting a steak for dinner!
Waited for to go order appx an hour in psrking lot. Started the drive home looked in the bag. We had no steak turned around and called to let them know. We were transfered twice and hung up on once. Which took another 5 minutes for someone to answer. On the way back guy pulled over into my lane. We almost collide and we finally make it back and they just had it setting there. We have phone number the coudd have called.before we drovr 20 minutes back home. I gave 1 star becaues the done gave 1/4 star.

Great friendly staff. Jacob was exceptionally nice and courteous. They actually sang for my bday. It was sweet to be shown love and celebrated while there with a free piece of cheesecake. Nice time hanging out with my daughter while dining there.

Okay texas roadhouse make this make sense. ? also I ordered a family meal to go and this couldn't be all they gave me as "family portions" right? This was probably a side for maybe 2 people max not a whole family size portion. Not impressed.
