I order a double cheeseburger with extra pickles. This is a picture of what I got a thin piece of meat with bacon on it. The lady at the window was very friendly, and I appreciate that, but I would rather have my order right.

I ordered a single w/ ketchup mustard and pickles. Wanted no lettuce or tomato or onions on burger. Because of food issues. I got my burger all the way. The tomatoes were saturated with them. Tried calling store and the # on receipt gave a recording and was unable to speak to anyone!!

Walked in tonight with our 3 kids tonight for dinner. Looked around dirty tables, dried lemonade inside the lemonade machine, chicken nuggets & fries all under the fryer, food & trash in the floor in the back. Counter dirty. We walked out!!!

Walked in on Sunday evening and walked out .... EVERYTHING was nasty looking. Cleanliness is not a priority at all here. Food and trash everywhere in the back... Have you seen the lemonade dispensers????Looking at other reviews and mine hopefully they get this under control soon....

Wanted to try the new pretzel baconator but they were out of pretzel buns so I opted for a regular bun then they come back and say they are out of sprite ask for a coke (which was flat), Fries were cold and the only thing that helped them was the burger and

I usually get breakfast here 2x per week. For some reason, the last three (including today) times I've been here the sandwich is not warm, and the potatoes have clearly been sitting there awhile. What has happened to your food? The cashiers are always friendly and helpful, but they can't help if the food is just awful.

Rude staff. Slow. The entire restaurant was disgusting. I normally don't complain about fast food, but just food and drink and grime everywhere. The bathrooms were wet all over and disgusting as well. If you can eat anywhere else do it. I don't know if the staff is just so underpaid they can't hire good help or if this is just the way it is here. Stay away. Also pumpkin spice frosty tastes like chemicals. So nasty.
