Food was decent but the staff were loudly using profane language when speaking about changing syrups in the machine, Assistant manager was in and out of the kitchen holding one of his kids, didnt wash his hands, while his partner was in the dining room yelling at and threatening their other baby for crying. She was smacking the table trying to scare the baby when it was upset. It’s unfortunate we arent from here so i cant get a name to report to CPS. Hopefully one of the other staff members can look at the dining room cameras and send it to the state because behavior like that towards a baby is terrifying.Glad this isnt a restaurant near us so not upset that we wont be back to a Zaxbys, but left with a poor first experience

We went there last night and it appeared to be only 4 people working and the lady taking orders on front was new so by no means is it her fault. But the manger CJ. could have helped her more then he was. She missed an entire meal took several times to get my salad right and still missed my extra dressing. As we were leaving there was a line and once again the girl on front taking orders as she had a line and the manger CJ was sitting in the lobby eating instead of helping his team. I am an general manger for a restaurant so I know the struggles of running a fast food restaurant but you will loose good employees if they don't get the proper training.

Phenomenal place to eat whether you dine in or you get it to go!!! my fave is the barbecue boneless wings!!! Overall it’s a great place and I will continue to go there just because it’s not good!!!! stay kindKid-friendliness: They are always very kind to kids every time we swing through!!! That goes along way with me, and always thank them very much.

Slow, dirty, and old. Normally I love Zaxby's, but I won't be returning here. The service was slower than a turtle and the wait staff was very snappy. When I got to my seat it was lopsided and the table was sticky. The food came and not much better. The sandwich and sauce was warm at best, yet the fries were boiling hot. Makes me think they were reheating things. I don't recommend if you're looking for a good place to go.

The line moves fast here and the food tasted amazing. Same prices as other zaxbys. I highly recommend the loaded fries with chicken and bacon. They are the bomb! Always get extra zax sauce for dipping!

Food as went down hill. So has the quality of employees. Shows that they are scrapping the bottom of the barrel. I hate to drive up to a place and employees are outside the door smoking.
