I eat here all the time and the staff makes my day! They always make sure I have what I ordered and have never given me issues when I am being needy. Whether I come inside or the drive thru, I am always greeted so wonderfully and warmly! I choose this location over the one closer to my home, just because of staff.

when I was at Zaxby's on Springs Road, my friend was filling up her drink, and a plastic bag plopped into her drink as she was filling it up. She felt very ashamed and distressed. As the workers continue to laugh and tell her that she was not getting a refund. we were not aware of the consequences towards the Zaxby workers After finding this. Now we find this unacceptable and we will not be able to forgive until we find you in court. I am suing for $2 million.WE WILL NEVER COME BACK AFTER.MWAHAHAHAHA????

Everytime I've been there lately the service is good, but the fries are never seasoned anymore. I ask and still got normal fries. Other than that, I love this
If I could give this location of Zaxby’s, zero, stars, I would!I DO NOT recommend this location of Zaxby’s.Me and my parents ordered on the app three box lunches which are either chicken sandwiches or chicken tenders. It comes with a sandwich and a regular fry for $4.29. They did not give us the fries in the boxes when we picked up and we asked. The manager claimed it did not come with fries because I did not select an option for a side on the app. I have ordered this same meal 3 or 4 times and ALWAYS gotten fries. The manager was very disrespectful and claimed it did not and the person who had made the order before had incorrectly made the food because it would have cost more to have it as a side. We requested a refund because I didn’t want to pay $4.29 for three tenders /or a single sandwich. The manager stated they would have send it off to the DM for me to get a refund because it was paid for with a debit (which I would have never seen).The sandwiches my parents got were grilled chicken sandwiches and they burnt them and put week old lettuce on them and the buns were soggy and gross looking.
Passing thru been eating Canes chicken lately wanted to try some zaxbys ehh Im pretty dissatisfying small and dry tenders fries were warm to touch same as tenders for right at $10 just some food they love to upsale multiple items ??? sweet tea ?

Tried to get food delivered and the zaxbys app would let me type in my address, however it would change it immediately upon going to the next screen. My food ended up being delivered 10 minutes away.
Look the guy on the drive thru speaks Spanglish and his kid friend is not into his job did not even put straws in the bag for my drinks for real the food was good chicken was great but the fries

Went and ordered wings and thing combo plate got home had four teeny little wings, french fries, and a piece of toast. They charge me for the order and I did not get what I ordered. Went back the next day , they were very rude service instead of making the order right they just gave me three chicken strips. Will not be back there at this one any time soon.
