So this morning I had to take my spouse to they dr spot vethany medical while they was in there I walked over to Arby’s two female outside one standing in the middle of the door the other right beside her talking about the personal life I asked are yall open because it was like 11 am she moved out the way the manager but not once said Gm or yes mam how are you just straight ghetto so I walk in ask the guy who was mopping the floor are yall open he said he don’t know but how you don’t know don’t you work here do I go in the bathroom come out this gurl says hi but keep walking bath forth then she says you ready I said yes I order the kids meal slider I ask for horseradish she never gave it to me curly fries not fresh ok I go to fix my drink instead of the cashier walking up with a mess up order outside but leaves my food on the counter walks pass me and says your food up walks out door I am like damn I’m right here you can’t bring it to Mr then as I exit she was outside on her phone again manager never came out said hello apologize for how nobody was on task

The establishment strives to maintain cleanliness, although during peak hours, it may become challenging. Recently, they have faced staffing shortages, so I recommend exercising patience. It’s worth noting that the restaurant is situated in a less favorable part of town.
If you want roast beef don't come here. They don't have the meats.

If I could give this Arby's negative stars that is what it deserves the staff is rude and has bad attitudes the food is always cold and sloppy the store is dirty. It has been a while since I went to this Arby's for the above reasons but my Husband works nearby and asked for a beef and cheddar I'm sorry to say I will never go to this Arby's no matter how much he wants it I will drive across town to another Arby's before I give this store one dime of my money or time ever again. The employee who took my order was Kierra and her manager was very rude and cussed me when I said I would never come back to this store.Dietary restrictions: They don't care about allergies or diet restrictions unaccomadating even when it helps their food cost to leave off an ingredient. lazy uncaring and rude!

The 4 for $10 regular roast beef really hit the spot on a limited budget

It was the typical Arby's experience. Washroom was out of toilet paper and no paper towel to dry hands after washing. The staff seemed friendly enough, but still managed to get my order wrong.
Service was awful. They said they were out of roastbeef and it would take 30 mins. 1 hour later finally finished. Store manager very rude. Employees walking around eating fries on the clock. Don't take certain coupons. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

My wife spent almost an hour waiting for roast beef and when she got home and we opened the sandwiches the meat was dry and hard on the edges. Service sucks here and they're sorry people for lying and saying they are waiting for fresh roast beef.
