Ordered the 4 for $10 roast beef classics and ate in the restaurant. Place was clean and quiet, the sandwiches have a lot less meat then they used to. I always take meat from one sandwich and add it to another so basically I'm getting two big sandwiches so in my opinion 5 for $10 would be a good deal or put MORE MEAT! WHERE'S THE BEEF ARBY'S???

(12.28 10:30pm) I'm pissed. My bf tried to order us both the greek Gyro, they were out of that meat, so I wanted the brisket sandwhich instead, NO BBQ SAUCE. I was literally on the phone and heard my bf say it TWICE. I swear to god they put EXTRA. I couldn't even taste the fkin meat even after trying to wipe it all off with napkins. Fkin disgusting. I don't like most bbq sauces and it ruins the brisket, (their brisket slices are surprisingly good for fast food).But anyways, I want a refund issued. There was not a single other person in the drive through, there is no excuse for this blatent mess up, especially with their high prices.

Horrid customer service. Get told to park in the front by the worker and waited over 10 minutes for some fries and chicken nuggets. After getting tired of waiting I went inside and they had completely forgot about me and didn’t even know who I was or my order.

Food is always pretty good for fast food, line is unreal slow. Waiting 4+ to order at speaker, then pay asked to pull around front - then no sauces or napkins…but the food is pretty

Went through the drive thru and had to pull around to wait on fries even though I was the only one in the line. Asked if they had ranch to give on the side and was told yes. Of course I assume the employees would put it in there and didn't check. Got home and it wasn't in there.

Was delivered by my Daughter. I was shocked at the small size of sandwich and fries. When I last ordered from the value menu the sandwich was bigger. Maybe they don't have that anymore. I paid about $5 for this. I f I saw this before ordering, I wouldn't.I cannot blame Arby's completely except for the fact of small quantities of fries and it was ordered with horsey sauce and Arby's sauce. I was sent 2 containers of ranch.
It was excellent!!The staff was friendly and the food was fantastic.I meant to take a picture of my King Hawaiian beef brisket sandwich - but I ate it! And it was very good!!This was my first time at this one but it won’t be my last!!

I ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich on 3 different occasions and all three times they didn’t add the cheddar
