This restaurant has gone through a one too many name/management changes and has finally become someplace reliable for authentic indian biryanis. Ordered takeout a couple of times and the Hyderabadi chicken dumplings biryani has been consistently delicious despite the "spicy" level not doing any justice to how truly spicy biryanis can be. The chicken 65 albeit a bit dry, did not disappoint either. Good portions.

The 1st time I went the employee was a young woman who was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the food she recommended was excellent. The 2nd time I went I told an older woman who worked there about how good the food was when I went there, and she acted as if I was bothering her, and just wanted me to just pay and get out. The 3rd and last time I went was maybe about 2 weeks ago. Their hours had changed and the sign said they were closing at 3, but I still made it during their new hours, at 2:45 p.m. I walked in and no one was upfront to greet me (there were also 0 customers inside). I called out "Hello?" And after waiting 4 minutes I called the restaurant while inside. A man picked up and said they were closed. I explained I was inside their restaurant right now and they were still open. He argued with me and said their hours had changed and that they closed and would reopen for dinner service. What was also odd is that I could hear him in the back of the restaurant in addition to through my phone.. I thought it was honestly cowardly to not tell me what he was telling me to my face (even if it was wrong information). I replied that their new sign even says they're open still (it was 2:49 p.m. at this point), that I didn't know they had changed their hours, but that I was trying to place a pickup order. He stayed in the back and never came upfront, and just repeated himself and just sounded even more annoyed. I then said "Alright then, I will never come back", and it was dead silence on the other end so I just hung up and left empty handed. He seemed relieved at that point like he would rather lose my business then have to...gee Idk...serve a customer during their open hours?....Great food, very good service by the young woman...but awful service by everyone else. I always wondered why it looks like tumbleweeds outside a graveyard when I would drive by. Now I know why.
