I always go through the drive thur and the food 96% of the time is fresh. I usually just get chicken supreme combo. The chicken supreme tenders have a different meat texture and taste but it’ll past, but of course I would love the real chicken taste.

Came at 11:35. Food was super fresh. Bathrooms were very clean. Lobby was super clean. Everything was a 10 out of 10. Employees were very nice. This is the cleanest Bojangles in Highpoint, N.C. Will definitely be back.

There was no greeting. The front end cashier never acknowledged me, asked if I had questions about the menu. I walked out. They missed an opportunity to gain money. It is evident that passion lacks from employees at this location. Sad! If there is no acknowledgement and no words spoken, my business is not needed. Changes need to occur in this organization! You're losing valuable customers. Lastly, the menu was confusing to read.

They have pretty good food and they are very quick to get it out but I do have to say that after I got home with the wrong order, I called them and drove back to get the correct order and they got it to me very quickly again but sad to say that I ended up with Borounds instead of the Fries I ordered. They may need to slow down just a bit in order to be sure that they get the orders correct.The staff are very polite and seem to be happy doing what they are doing. I would recommend that people give them a try.

This location has issues since moving, I walked in to place an order it literally takes this cashier about 10-15 minutes to take my order with others waiting behind me and 1 in front of me. No urgency whatsoever to assist customers. A manager lady I assume in the office just laid back not assisting at all. I finally place an order she makes my drink wrong then gives me the wrong biscuit and all without an apology..... then proceeds to put the wrong biscuit she gave me back on the serving board AFTER I touched it....wow I definitely wont be back!!

How time changes things!! We have praised them for the food! Now from the old greasy , cold chicken reheated from yesterday to the 1 1/2" tall tough biscuits. It's not "BO" we know. Was asked about our experience over 3 weeks ago. Expressed our concerns ,obviously they don't care. Good luck! You'll need it !!!! Mike (A retired chef of 45 years)

I went in to order 2 breasts and a wing and a biscuit. The manager told me it would be 15 minutes because of larger orders ahead of me. I left then came back and decided I really wanted some Bojangles chicken. I waited patiently and finally received it and I'm glad I did. It was absolutely delicious with the herbs and hot just the way I liked it.
Asked for Cajun club biscuit, told sandwich. Okay sandwich o get sandwich wilted lettuce, cold chicken and soggy bun,, the sandwich had been sitting awhile.
