Hire more help... Friday 3/15/24 there was one person trying to keep the line moving by herself. I've seen Chipotle called fast food,this location make me wonder why.

Food was OK. 32$ for a pair of burrito bowls, drinks and a large chip back (with no salsa or anything included with it) was ridiculous. On top of it all, 32$ bought us some OK food, and a pretty nasty dining room.Every other table was messy. No one was coming out to the dining room to clean or restock anything. I had to ask for a damn spoon. For 32$ for a pair, they should've had it all right there. I should have just traveled to Greensboro and went to another restaurant there (not Chipotle), and I would have paid half the cost for better food, a clean restaurant, and an overall better experience.Not going back. Sorry fast food chains, if you're going to charge that much for your food, I expect a better experience in your establishments.

Dining area was a wreck. Could somebody grab a rag and wipe down the tables? Plenty of employees to do it.
Food was great but pricey...you have to buy chips...seems if you pay a good price for a bowl you could add some chips with it. The queso & chips is 5.00 per person ...addsd to a each bowl! Then add drinks..anyway..like I said food was great no complaints there but 50.00 for 3 people...
Wasn't impressed.Nothing like the commercial.Won't be going back !

Terrible experience. Went to get dinner for my wife and I after I got off work. The sign on the door says open until 11, so you would think 2 an a half hour before close they would have everything to make a proper meal that I am paying full price for. The cook was already cleaning the grill to not cook any further protein, so we were not able to have the protein that we wanted. They did not have any corn salsa, lettuce and only had a single bag of chips left, again two and an half hours before closing. Ordered guacamole in my bowl and received half of it in the pit of the avocado, glad I paid extra for pretty much nothing. Will not visit this chipotle again. Obviously management does not know how to staff well enough to run a proper restaurant.
