I apologize ahead of time for what I'm about to say. The food was disgusting, I never in my life left a review. I know the texture of pork And what it taste like. I promise you the boneless spare ribs are not ribs. Everything was cooled ,the chicken on the stick was not chicken. I love that no one cares to speak on this problem we are having. Heath department will be notified.

I wouldn’t trust a single dish on this menu. I ordered the chicken with cashew nuts, which I have ordered from over 50+ Chinese restaurants in my life, and it was so disgusting, it went directly into the trash. A better description would be broccoli and snow peas with cashew nuts. Seriously? If I wanted a bowl full of broccoli, I would’ve ordered it. Never in my 53 years have I seen broccoli put into this dish. It was the only flavor distinguishable and overpowered everything. Make whatever dish you want your way, that’s your right, but if you are going to change a classic dish like this to such an extreme, you need to put that information on the menu. Again, don’t trust a single item on this menu, I guarantee you will get something different than expected, and probably quite disgusting. Seriously, the flavor combination of the broccoli, snow peas and the brown sauce with the cashew nuts. Nasty! Huge waste of money, and I won’t even consider trying again a restaurant with a chef that has such an awful pallet.

I Never ate such a Bland Shrimp with Broccoli, feel like they just boiled it with little bit Salt and pour in the container. No sauces added , absolutely no flavor. Waste of Money.

In addition to their Shrimp Egg Foo Young being the ABSOLUTE best outside NYC, the Wonton Egg Drop Soup is to die for. Chu's customer service is unrivaled. It gets a little busy, with online orders and drive up but the standard of service never diminishes. The bad reviews are trite, and might be referring to the other Chu's Express (Westchester). If you want great Chinese food from a spotless restaurant, with excellent take away service... "You Gotta Eat Here!" My husband raves about the Curry dishes and the combo platters, which are reasonably priced. You will not be disappointed!Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are extensive.Parking: Lots of close parking spaces in the area.Wheelchair accessibility: Right at the door.Dietary restrictions: They are concerned and prepare your food as requested.

$9.25 for a very small amount of Beef w/chinese veg. The size for the price makes no sense. i guess we have start going to China Capital on North Main from now on. Such a shame, that they are so skimpy.

I won't be ordering from here again. For starters there were no vegetables in the dish I order when there was supposed to be. We all know what a pint of shrimp fried rice looks like, it might of been 2 thirds of that which had no flavor at all. This is not the chinese food I'm use to eating for sure.
