This place has so many things to look at and get!The smell as you walk in is incredible!!They have a ton of novelty gimmicks and trinkets that the kids love to look at, as well as many crafts and unusual items in the back room.They had a ton of people working behind the counter and ready to help you and answer questions as you walk down the line.We got a some pie and it was exquisite!Give this place a visit and try some of their baked goods! Also love their truffles.

oh my goodness, is this place heaven?! from the moment you open the door, you’re greeted with the delightful aroma of baked goods. the variety of cakes, pies, cookies, and sweets is almost overwhelming - in the best way! the staff is friendly, offering answers to any questions you might have. they offer all kinds of little trinkets and gift ideas as well, but the cakes are the star. absolutely wonderful flavors, i will be back!

Drove from Charlotte to meet a friend for lunch in High Point and a friend from Charlotte recommended Dots because his housemate is from High Point. Called the day before and ordered 2 SWEET POTATO POUND CAKES. When I walked in the sweet aroma told me I'm going to get in trouble here, lol. The service was true core Southern hospitality at its best. The sweet potato pound cake is SOOOOOO GOOD. In the future it will be worth the day trip once a month just to drive from Charlotte to High Point to purchase there cakes and other delicacies.Lorenzo

Visited there just recently and loved the desserts. My favorite is the strawberry, red velvet, and Italian cream cheese icing cakes. Love the country and rustic shopping area.Parking: No complaints here...Situated away from traffic. Easy access.Thank you for all that you do.

I take some fault in this because I had never eaten pineapple cake from here or seen one; but I ordered this for Christmas. It was HORRIBLE. We threw it out. It had small smidgets of pineapple in the SWEETEST icing I have ever tasted. It was so sweet that nobody could eat it and way too much icing. In all my 70 years, I thought it would have been as I had always seen, pineapple between the layers and icing on the outside. Well I was wrong. That sweet icing with a smidget of pineapple was between the layers and on the outside. I never expected any refund, but maybe a conversation and a little concern for my inconvenience. I called the week after Christmas and spoke with an employee. To this February 20 date, the owner NEVER called as was promised.
I have not been back to get my favorite German chocolate slices because this is POOR customer service. I know my business was nothing compared to regular customers who purchase a lot but she could have at least called and showed a little concern. My adult children asked for pineapple, but we had to give it to the trash can.
