Moved to NC from closer to Seattle area and I have been missing really good fresh coffee. This. Is. It! Best coffee I have tried so far and I have tried many. My previous favorite was Peets but FosterHobbs is better! If you want the best try it. Especially if you grind at home and make your own! Fresh roasted and the service can't be beat.

Walked in and instantly was made to feel like family. I’m very new to home espresso making, so I know nothing about roast levels and flavor notes. After a few exchanges, Pam knew what I would probably like and had a recommendation right away. Grabbed a bag of the Christmas blend while we were there as well. Cannot wait for tomorrow morning to try my new coffee and cannot wait to go back for more coffee and coffee talk.

Seriously the best coffee you will ever purchase but outside of the incredible coffee, the couple who owns it is so sweet and enjoyable to talk too. Their knowledge of coffee is unmatched and the environment is so fresh and relaxed. I love this place and would highly recommend a visit to any coffee lover!

It ain't cheap coffee, but it's the best coffee. If you're a coffee person, you'll never be happy with commercially marketed brands again. The owners are very knowledgeable and personable.

I went here because I wanted freshly roasted beans, what I really got was an education on coffee by a passionate professional. I'm so happy I found this place and I look forward to returning for years to come!

Here it is, the best coffee I've had in years. If you seriously want to make a good cup of coffee at home, there is no better spot to pick up your beans. Also upon entering, you may be greeted by the world's most excited coffee roaster, Pam Foster who will not hesitate to answer any and all questions you have about coffee. They are as knowledgeable as they are good at customer service and I may need to drink more coffee than normal this week just to have an excuse to go back to try some more blends and single origins.

I am new into the espresso world. I went to Walmart to get a bag of espresso coffee and did not like it. I googled what makes a good espresso and it said to find a local roaster that had fresh beans. So I googled roasting near me and this place came up. I walked inside and was welcomed by Mike and his wife. Mike went through Paul espresso, coffee Works, and the roasting process behind it. He help me find a good coffee for me to try. They are very friendly and are very welcoming and so pride in their business.

I'm ashamed I have never reviewed this place before now. I always mention them when I see their coffee in other establishments but I have been buying their beans in their location for years and they are always fresh, roasted to perfection and carry a varied selection of beans from all around the world. But more than that Mr and Mrs Foster are just the nicest people ever. They remember you, always inquire about family and you can tell it's real and genuine.Brewed some of their Brazil (roasted that same morning) beans in my Chemex. All coffee swells when you add water but this coffee literally exploded. The crema from the beans is impressive. Everything is roasted fresh but I always ask Mr Foster what he just roasted. I sometimes get beans that were roasted minutes ago (instead of weeks and months.

I didn't get a cup of coffee today, but I got a cup of sunshine!! This coffee roaster became a distribution only site once the pandemic hit. They adapted and made it work. They DO sell bags of beans to the general public. You can pick some up for you or as a gift here. The owners weren't slow to explain each cafe and restaurant from which I could find a cup of Foster Hobbs coffee served up to me nice and hot. They were so friendly! I was given a mini coffee lesson and watched some beans roasting as we spoke, trying to stay focused while the dark roast coffee smells wafted towards me. Yum. This is high quality coffee. They are in the top 1-3%, Specialty grade coffee (better than Starbucks) and the coffee is grown in a way that is environmentally sustainable. I will be off to try their coffee at Dot and Pearl Coffee and Pastries in High Point, @blackdog.homecafe in High Point, and @highpointbagels I discovered that I have already had their coffee @cupcakecuties PS - they said that their Pumpkin spice coffee is buttery. I need some STATIt was truly a pleasure meeting you, @fosterhobbscoffee !!

Upon entering for my first visit, was greeted like an old friend. Mike and Pam both spent some time with me telling me about their coffee and helping me decide on what to try. Left with the Brazil; Ground it and brewed in the French press this morning. Loved it! Will definitely return to try other things.

Went for the first time today and Pam introduced herself, gave their history, asked questions about me, it was a very down to earth experience from the owners. Coffee is excellent and used all over the area. Highly recommend Dock Start IPA at Goofy Foot which uses Fosterhobbs coffee and is phenomenal
