Met up with my father for dinner. Had a late lunch so just ordered a salad...little did I know how massive these salads are!!! Served in a pizza crust baked into a bowl shape, this thing was way more than a single human needs, but tasted grate. Loaded with big chunks of bacon, this wedge salad is packed full of flavor. The salad is made up of iceberg lettuce with Roma tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles and a delusions blue cheese dressing, and it could honest feed 2 people as a whole meal. With optional add ons, you could get chicken added for an additional cost, but I did not need it. Ive always loved this spot, great for a romantic Italian dinner or an amazing pizza lunch buffet. I would recommend, and will certainly be back!

I like this restaurant but i called my order in and they said it will be ready in 20 minutes so I arrived in 25 minutes and it is not ready. The hostess said my ticket have fallen behind the counter or something . I called my order in an hour ago and I'm still waiting. This is totally unacceptable because this is the second time this has happened to me the first time that happened they gave me, a card for $5 or $10 off. I don't want, I just want my order to be ready when you say it's gonna be ready

Food was great! Was very loud and not well organized. For how not busy it was at the time we went, the staff was very flustered. However, we know how stressful HP furniture market can be for local restaurants this week. Overall good and would go back.

Just visited Gianno's Italian Restaurant today. I have to say the experience was great. Amber was very helpful and eager to please. The fried onions were one of my favorite items. The fettuccini was amazing and the chocolate mousse cake was a good end to an enjoyable meal. We will definitely be coming back.

Showed and hostess said give us three minutes for your table of two. 25 minutes later we were still sitting there. Asked if we could sit in the bar and she said no, had to be seated to go there as well. 5 minutes later another couple walked in and the hostess seated them and ignored us. Walked out. Never be back.

Food was only so-so, no where as much taste as one of the big Italian restaurant chains. Service was mediocre at best; after food was brought (not by our server), they only checked on us once. Had to try to wave at the server to get their attention to get takeout boxes because they were leaning against the wall having a conversation with another server. Hopefully our experience was not typical!

This place is a local family owned Italian restaurant. The location is good and easy to get to and find.

Always yummy, always correct order. Doesn't seem like a lot to ask for, but a lot of restaurants can't seem to get it right. My chicken Florentine manicotti is a favorite and it tastes exactly like the first meal I was served in Rome when I was 18.

Giannos is an older Italian restaurant and when you walk in you can tell it's been around for a while. A little outdated but that also gives it a certain charm. Viewing the website you would expect it to be upscale attire, but there were college kids with tee shirts dining at many of the tables. Just a note: they market to High Point University. I only mention this so y'all don't overdress! Our waitress was full of energy and knowledgeable. I ordered a White Sangria and oddly it only had an orange slice? I have never seen a no fruit Sangria? I would not recommend it. We ordered the Spinach Dip and while it was good, it was not like any Spinach dip I have ever had. It has tomatoes and marinara in it. I love Spinach dip so I had the typical kind in my mind, after the initial "what is that" stage, we did like it. I would recommend Giannos rename it though. LOL! The portions are HUGE. My spouse got the Ravioli and it was rich, almost too much cheese, a thing I didn't know was possible until today. I ordered the Fried Chicken Parmigiana and I think I have enough for two more meals! It was good, I saw a review where someone said the sauce was bland and I do not agree at all. I really like the Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing on the salad. And the garlic rolls were good too. I am giving it 4 stars. I want to go back.

We had the pleasure of eating at Giannos today. The food was amazing! I highly recommend the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. Our server Amber was top notch. She made sure we were happy with everything multiple times. I can’t say enough positive about this place or the waitstaff.

First visit, but not the last. Excellent Italian Restaurant with a bar & dining areas to accommodate everyone. Easy access & plenty of parking. Bar & dining menus also have choices for everyone. A brick oven & grill makes for wonderful aromas & tastes to appreciate. Our Calamari with homemade salsa was a starter to appreciate. The salads were crisp & tasty. I had the chicken piccata over angel hair pasta. The lemon butter sauce with capers, garlic, mushrooms & diced tomatoes was delicious & plentiful. My wife had the lasagna. The cheeses, meat, sauce & tomatoes were delicious & plentiful. There's an extensive wine list offering choices at price points to please everyone. Lots of desserts choices. Attentive & friendly service. Looking forward to our next visit. I highly recommend you check out this upscale venue. Mustang USMC Retired

Luncheon with 5 other lady friends! Food was excellent. I had the Chicken Stimbolca(?) and House Salad with House dressing. Their house dressing is absolutely the best. Our server was quick and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Only thing I saw that may be a downside for some is they may have to park in the shopping center parking lot because there isn’t sufficient parking at lunchtime in the restaurant parking lot.
