Absolutely love these donuts. Best you'll buy. But I went in wanting six for a friend and six for myself - in separate boxes. They want to charge me for two separate half dozen vs for a dozen. I'm a longtime client that they know well. Hard for me to believe that they would treat a client like this. I'll find another spot for my sweet tooth fulfillment - there are lots of competing bakeries in high point that will win my business. It's so hard for small businesses to market to new clients. Amazed me when they so easily let a silly policy cause one to leave them. Btw - just went to Publics. Got a dozen - lady put them in two boxes with a smile on. And cost less than a dozen at grannies. Will they be as good? Probably not. Did they act like they wanted my business? Yes they did.

This will be my last time purchasing from Granny’s. The lady at the counter was so rude and dismissive it was unbelievable. If my daughter wasn’t visiting from out of town and requested the Apple fritters I would have walked out! There are too many other places to purchase from to put up with the attitude!

AMAZING DESERT/FOOD!!!!! Hidden gem located in High Point, NC never thought this place will be so good!!!. Definitely recommend the famous Apple fritter extremely the best in NC. Loved the customer service got served by a young lady named Emily she was so sweet, friendly and nice. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!!!

Called in due to mold on red velvet donut and was told by Anna it was blueberries and ok because it happens all of the time! It’s not okay because folk maybe allergic to blueberries. Andy the owner called on 2/7 with apologies and offered a refund but Stacy wants to argue that we should have save d a contaminated box of 9 donuts and bring them back. I have pictures of it and it is NOT okay to cross contaminate. I just want my $13 and change back and they won’t have to worry about me spending my money there anymore. Stacy says she’s the manager but can’t make any decisions and that we will need to wait two months because Andy the owner is away on vacation.Dietary restrictions: They think it is ok to cross contaminate
My favorite donuts in the High Point area. So many options. Apple fritters are my favorite! Better than Krispy Kreme, better than Duck Donuts, much much better than Dunkin. I love all things donut, but this is always my first choice!

I go to Granny's with family and friends, most especially with my almost 6 year old grandson and he LOVES Granny's! But it's so hard to decide because everything is so tempting. So I feel we will just have to keep visiting until we've tried every. single. donut.I've even picked up a dozen of Granny's Donuts for all the guys at my mechanic shop in Winston-Salem because they're great people and take terrific care of my 4Runner.
