Good after noon, I am not one to leave reviews or want to contact corporations but the customer service I received today from your High Point North Carolina location located at 3885 John Gordon lane was highly unacceptable. I usually use the app to order but today I did not have time but I still used my code on the app. I pay 4 dollars for a large carmel frape on the app but in the line i was charged over 5 dollars which was totally fine, I paid the difference. However, when I reached the second window the boy working was a young hispanic who handed me a large frape that was 40 percent if not 50 percent whip cream.. literally. Half of a drink. I asked them to fill it up and the woman manager working on April 4th 2024 between 4pm-5pm said no because they had to replace the bag and it would be at least 5 minutes. I told her I didn't mind waiting the five minutes to get one full drink that cost 5 dollars, she told me to pull up to the third window and had me wait five minutes just for the boy to bring it to me and say (im sorry i tried to put more in there but she wouldn't let me). I explained to him that I was upset because I didnt use the app to save money I actually paid more for the drink then I always do and in return got less drink then I have ever received. I didnt get her name but I would just like to say the way she talked to and treated me is unacceptable. And the fact that you made me wait for you to fill up my drink then sent an employee to bring back to me the same way(half full) is rude and felt like a laugh in my face. I hope you never get treated this poorly in your life, all I wanted was a carmel frape. I would like a refund and for this manager to know her behavior was unnecessary and unacceptable.

The McDonald’s at Palladium Shopping Center consistently stands out as my preferred destination for fast food. Unlike many other McDonald’s locations I’ve encountered, this particular establishment consistently delivers exceptional service, maintains a clean environment, and ensures that food is prepared promptly and correctly. Although I did encounter one instance of rudeness from an employee during my numerous visits, overall, the experience has been commendable. The staff members are typically courteous and efficient, and the dining area remains consistently tidy. I can only hope that other McDonald’s outlets strive to emulate the high standards set by this particular location.

The service and drive- thru times could be better, but it's not too unexpected. I've never had an issue with the food or its freshness.
DON’T go here especially if you’re in a hurry! This is the second time I have been here & they not only take forever just to give you stale fries & food that taste like they have been sitting out all day. I have also been charged both times for extra sauce & they did not give it to me on either occasion. They also seem like they’re in a rush when you’re ordering. Save your money & go elsewhere.

I always go to this place after work order some french fries no salt and I always end up with salt and tonight the fries it taste old I think they just dip it into the oil to heat up...I'm not coming back to this place anymore it's a waste of money and that is sad for business...management make it right so customer will keep coming back happy.
