8/31/21- Called this location and asked to order by phone. Was told that I must order online only. Placed my order online and went to pick up. When I walked in the teenager behind the counter said “ we only take online orders“, not hello, how can I help you or anything else. When I told her I had ordered online she pointed towards the kitchen and indicated that I should pick up my own food on the stainless steel rack outside the door. I did that while she chitchatted with her friend behind the counter. Pretty rude…

Eat here quite regular. Food has been good in the past but it's on the decline. I walk in and no one there but me. Girl said we have alot of to go orders to make before yours. After 15 to 20 minutes of nothing but horseplay in the kitchen I just left. It's clear to me these people don't wanna work so just clock out and go home. Don't waste people's time.

Personally I found the manager of this establishment to be very rude. She called me while I was driving (it wasn't even her on the phone, it was a pre recorded message of her voice) to tell me that she saw me take some of the fountain drink in my personal bottle. It was a very hot summer day and I was very thirsty, and I had forgotten to add a drink to my order that day, I don't think it was that deep but apparently she saw the need to call me from the number that was on my account from the app and say "next time this happens we will not take it lightly" I found this intimidating. Sending someone a contemptuous message over a miserable drink, wow. Aside from the drink incident the food I had ordered was poorly prepared and cold not too long after ordering and taking a bite. I couldn't finish it and I ended up throwing it all away.I already sent an email to Moe's customer service a couple days ago and they are yet to respond to my complaint. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied and I WILL NOT be returning to this restaurant.

4/5/2021 My sons and I used the store credit today to see if Moe's could redeem themselves. Our food was good, but we were missing two cookies. I had planned on bumping my review up to 3 stars if everything was good. For now, my 2 star review stands until more visits change my mind. 4/5/2021 The management team contacted me and credited me for my meal. For now I've updated my review to 2 stars. I'll provide another update after my next visit. Let me start out by saying I eat at Moe's often and really enjoy the food. This was NOT a normal experience. I placed my order with the Moe's app (again, I know Moe's). I arrived at the restaurant and parked in the curbside parking spot. I called the phone number to let them know I arrived. After waiting 23 minutes I walked inside to see if they ran out of tortillas and tacos. I waited in line and when it was my turn I informed them I called in 23 minutes ago and have been waiting in curbside parking. The staff member said your food is waiting at checkout. I get out of line and walk around to checkout. They hand me my food and don't even acknowledge I have been waiting on curbside pickup. I was so appalled I took my food at left. If Moe's management follows up with me I'll provide an update. I filled out an online survey this morning. Needless to say, I was NOT welcomed to Moe's.

Just had the worst experience at this location. The staff was horrible attitude because I came in at 8:30 when the close at 9pm. I order a quesadilla and the spilled half of it on the grill after making it with an attitude. They need a better night staff. They have better service to the other employee who order after us.

Food at Moe’s is always great. Moe Monday is the best value on the planet. Highly recommended.
This is a great location. I have eaten from here several times. The location is clean, and staff are friendly. I once had an issue where I was overcharged, and the issue was immediately corrected and I was compensated for the inconvenience.

This location is quite exceptional! The manager is a very sweet and patient person who was eager to help me with some questions I had. The staff is pretty friendly, however it's hard to hear them at times. The food seems pretty fresh and I always see them cleaning and sanitizing the equipment and keeping busy. My favorite is the steak burrito bowl. Steak from anywhere seems to always be the most fresh and juiciest choice to pick from. They give you a generous portion of all of the food and don't wimp out on the free chips either. This location is a lot better than the Florida locations we have been to. The food tastes a lot more fresh, and for that, we appreciate coming here! Great quality for a quick bite to eat.

Well you were able to dine in or carry out we went in to make order , going in it was not clean tables weren't clean flies were present, the food was dried out, the cashier took our cash payment with gloves on the proceeded to get my food off grill with same gloves on the food was horrible, it was a waste because it was a drive for us to get there, we've learned our lesson. Reason for not calling and complaining because didn't want food replaced or hear a story when it was only two working manager and crew. Very disappointed
