I have given this place so many chances. Each time they have failed. Don't bother with the drive through....it takes at least 20 minutes to even get your food. Whether I have gone through the drive through or ordered ahead for pickup on my lunch break, my order is always missing something or incorrect/incomplete. I always order the turkey bacon avocado BLT. Always missing avocado or mayo. Never fails. The last time I went through the drive through I waited for 15 minutes at the speaker before someone answered. I was super patient because I know it is a slow drive through. As I pulled up to wait another 10 minutes, I witnessed the car in front of me get the wrong order and have to wait. I finally got to the window to get my order, and I could see and hear one employee screaming at another employee about how she had worked for seven days and the other person didn't work hardly at all that week. I ended up receiving someone else's order in my bag and noticing as I was halfway back to work. I had to turn around and get the correct order by walking in. There must be little to no communication or efficiency in this particular establishment.

We had dine in .There was a black hair next to my sandwich.I took it back and asked for another. No apology. Laughter in the background. It ruined my experience. Also, not too clean. They ask for a tip!

A Cinnamon Crunch bagel run at the Panera at 2400 Penny Rd, High Point, NC 27265. My only complaint for Panera is the price they want to charge for cream cheese (I never buy at restaurant). This location is my favorite. They never have disappointed (except for the their price for cream cheese)

Veeerrry Slow...they will have a full conversation (not related to a order) with friends/family and stuff while 3-4 customers are waiting and manager saw there was people waiting and walked right back to the back as if she did not care. I've left here 3 times due to ignorant customer service here.High costing food and ghetto service do not mix!

Rude staff stood at register to order and was ignored for over 5 minutes. Walked down to coffee area and got my order taken. No one told me to go down there just ignored me like I wasn't there. Cashier asked me did I want to half size a sandwich I said yes, then was told that doesn't come in half size!!??? Why did you ask then! Worst Panera experience I have ever had. Had to be be bad because I rarely write reviews unless they are awesome or terrible. This was terrible and the food was not the best for the price pretty tasteless... Very sad for Panera...

I hate to give a bad review but this is twice that this place was horrible. I ordered the Asian Chicken salad I noticed on the board they have two Asian style salads so I specifically asked for the one they been serving for years , the one with edamame. When my order was ready it was the wrong salad. I took it back and they made the correct salad but used the worst brown lettuce I’ve ever seen. The piece of bread was semi-hard too. Awful!! For a salad to be $13 I expect it to be fresh looking. I know this is petty but they did not have sweet tea at 12:30 on a weekday. I had to wait for it to be made. Super disappointing!!!

Always out of bagels at lunchtime, dining room is usually trashed, and at least 75% of the time, they mess up my order or out of some ingredient to make it. Today, there are no bagels, no crutons, and the drink machine was out of syrup. ..hahaha.

I was having a medical emergency tonight and needed my spouse to get off their shift at this store early so they'd have the availability to drive me into the ER. After I talked to the manager on duty (who I heard other employees calling Dari) she responded saying that my spouse might get written up if they left before finishing the tasks she had given them. I then tried to go into further detail explaining the importance of this situation and Dari just turned her back on me and walked away. Is this really how Panera Bread wants to be known for handling family medical emergencies? Dari wouldn't even listen to my explanation. She just threatened to write up my spouse then walked away all because I might need to be driven into the ER before my spouse finished their tasks. I don't know who let Dari become a manager but I'm telling you now it was a bad idea. For the safety of both the employees working under Dari and their families, please let Dari go. Just the fact that she was so fast to turn her back on me, a potential/previous customer, while I was trying to explain the importance of this situation shows a level of rudeness that should never be accepted in management.
