The guy that delivered our food had such a horrible attitude delivering it when he was asked to please deliver it upstairs. Then when handing it to us was doing it so rudely. Called the manager. She didn’t even care she kept asking “what did he do exactly”. We won’t order from this one anymore.

Don't trust this store! The delivery guy Wade Lipe left my apt building with my $12, knowing good and well that I didn't do the math correctly. He knew bc I was saying it out loud wrong(I'm on disability) and he took advantage of me. Once I realized. I had to call & tell him bring it back. He did but what if I hadn't figure it out. That's stealing.I called store manager Tasha and she took up for him. Wanted to argue oh well he brought it back. She was rude & very unprofessional. Food quality is down & last time I ordered. It came 40 minutes later COLD from another delivery service. SMH

I placed an online order like I always do and mostly same exact order. I get there my order is wrong the cashier tells me I ordered wrong ok so to make it right I asked her to just add some more pepperoni to the other side of the pizza.....the response I get is there's no way to charge for that, I would have paid even though I already did when they put half of the pepperoni on one side and still was charged the same amount.....but WHATEVER.....this incompetent person suggested that I purchase another pizza and that since I placed the order online BUT paid in store they couldn't refund me....I left without making a scene. Papa John's please hire people that can make good decisions regarding your business you never know who could literally make this locations sales plummet by way of social media and the connections that they may have. One simple fix could have avoided this review amongst other things.

I won’t go back, the only reason I do go to this chain is the pepper and garlic sauce. But, the pizza I just ordered, had a crust that was well UN DONE, like glue. I’d rather go to Sir Pizza in a second. Sorry, I’m completely over Papa John’s…and this is someone who worked for Jersey pizza restaurant in Fl.

I’ve always been satisfied with Papa John on North main but I don’t know if there were new people working yesterday or what but I ordered a hand tossed pizza but the outside was thick but the inner part was more like thin crust.. that’s why it’s always good to check your food before you leave…however I will continue to order from them, maybe it was just a bad day
