The guy who delivered to us was very rude and huffed and puffed when the receptionist asked him to deliver all our food upstairs. I called the manager as well and she was also rude.
Will not order from this one again.

I called to inquire about an item, but it was clear that it was more like a call center for the restaurant. I did place the order and added a drink because of the upsell from the customer service rep. She stated that the food would be ready within 5-15 minutes. I was a little perplexed with that time frame because I ordered a small Works pizza minus the Canadian bacon etc. I did pick up the food within the timeframe. Fast forward to picking up my order, there was no mention that I needed to go to the side window. No problem but it would have been nice to mention that. I believe that I was asked if I wanted a bag for my drink. Good job! When I arrived home the food was cold and the green peppers were not cooked and thrown on the pizza. Total disappointment! I've The food was luke warm. Papa John's has always been my favorite among all pizza chains until this. Photos to come. Take pride in your work because I could have gone anywhere!

We ordered delivery, had to try the. We Shaq-a-roni.. we were missing some items, it was completely the door dashers fault, she admitted forgetting them, went back to her car then speed off without coming back to our door. We have a ring bell… so now we are missing wings and 5 cheese sauces.. so I call the store. DYLAN was AMAZING!! Explains my cheese sauces were in another box that I did receive!! And explained he had problems with the dasher driver earlier in the evening.. the pizza is delicious!!! And Dylan refunded the item I was missing, but also offered to remake it and have it resent as well as a future credit with the store. He did what I asked with kindness and willingness to make it right!! If it weren’t for how good the pizza is and Dylan I wouldn’t have became a returning customer tonight!

I haven't had any issues with my food or the staff at this establishment. My orders are always fast and hot, I typically go for the carryout specials because that's where you get the most bang for your buck, especially when ordering online.

Horrible pizza place. I think they took advantage of my husband because he's nice! He ordered gluten-free pizza with extra mozzarella cheese and 3-4 toppings - where are they?? (see photo) They charged him $16 for each pizza. I think the dough was purchased pre-made, it was so thin and hard/dry. Also, the small can of anchovies said use by "September 15", my husband was there way pass that date and they sold it to him without checking to see if it's expired. I'm sure the guy/gal knew it's been there for a while, but didn't bother to check. Never again!

The company is a Pizza shop and cannot even cook the crust correctly. Raw Raw Raw. How do these people serving you across the counter do it with a straight face. Horrible Over priced garbage. I have used Papa Johns all over the country and this location should be closed. Never and I said Never will order or eat from this location again. Just Bad

It's been a while since I've had Papa John's, so I was really looking forward to it. I'm a big fan of their pizza. When I got it, it was piping hot and tasted just like I remembered. What intrigued me was that this place had both a drive-thru and drive-up service for pizza. I gave both a try, and they were both quite convenient and enjoyable.

Prob the best when it comes to the franchise chain of pizza places, and certainly the most consistent. I love papa John's pizza even better cold the next morning, haha. An ancient wise man from China told me that's how to cure a hang over, and it's worked since I was 12. If no one told you today... I love you and I believe in you, do go make your dreams come true. The more the people are doubting you and saying you can't is all the more they actually think you can... -Ancient wiseman from China ... Make sure your taking care of your wife's cat or someone else will start feeding it...

My 6 years daughter found sharp plastic pieces while she was eating Afredo pizza from this store today. It hurt my daughter inside her mouth. How do i know if she swallowed the other small piece? So i called the store to get apology. The lady who picked up said so What do you want in a very rude way. I would not order dangerous pizza from papa johns. Do not order pizza here. So rude. My daughter almost ate a sharp plastic piece while she was eating pizza. It was in the pizza. It hurt inside of her mouth. This is awful. And they are not taking it serious. So rude.

Awful used Uber eats and had a coupon here they charged me $1.90 for pepperoni topping only to not put a single damn piece of pepperoni on the pizza and the pizza was hard as a rock! And of course Uber eats claims it's ineligible for a refund what a damn joke I'll never order from here again!
