My fist time trying the food. I was not impressed. I had the Club sandwich and it was very dry. The staff were not very helpful and seemed to be unmotivated.

This was my second time eating at the Hwy 68 Location of Penn Station.The first time I ordered the Grilled Chicken Philly and had asked for mayo and had to ask for the pkts after it came. My experience tonight was different from the first…but I ordered the Grilled Cheesesteak this time but also ordered with mayo but when it came out the mayo was actually curdled and the fries were also cold. I asked the shift leader about it and she said that is how it always comes…they run the mayo and everything through the oven. Was not my experience the first time and the workers acted put out, like I was the problem.That I asked for mayo and it was Penn Station’s policy to always run mayo through the oven. Yikes and Yuck!They should have at least offered me a partial refund (bc the reg sub/small fry and small drink was over $17) for what I didn’t eat or a voucher for another time. Come on Penn Station, you have potential…this should be addressed for all subs. Hot subs; Mayo the side, always!!! Finally another worker told me to call and speak with the manager tomorrow morning. And I do have a picture of the sub!

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was fantastic. I was on town for 5 days and ate here 3 times. The pizza sub is delicious!

Huge guy drips sweat in your sandwich while cooking or dressing the food? when my friends and I were leaving you I could see him bent at sink dishes were near squeezing a towel over his head that drained in the sink the restaurants dishes and utensils are cleaned in? I’ll never eat there
Went in at 11 on the dot and it took 18 minutes for one sub and small fry to be made. Not trying to knock the bigger guy working in there but every time I go in he’s drenched in sweat and cooking the food. I saw the sweat fall off his face onto the food. Put that man on the cash register and let someone else make the food.

Unlike doordash and other delivery apps, when ordering inside, You can have more exclusive add-ons on sandwiches, which makes a difference. There's always a lunch rush during the weekdays compared to weekends.Kid-friendliness: Family-oriented.
Got a quick lunch from Penn Station recently. True to their name, they serve up a good Philly for a "fast food" spot. They were definitely understaffed, as the food took a while to come out, but it was nice to know it was made to order and not just microwaved. The two workers were friendly and quick to answer any menu question. Would go again.

Waited 45 minutes after ordering. No sandwich. Only 2 employees that were overwhelmed or extraordinarily lazy. Had to get a refund and go somewhere else. Nobody was in charge. No owner or manager. Will not go back. I would give this place 0 stars.

Standing at counter waiting for order I saw half eaten cheese sandwich on tray with fresh bread they were making sandwiches with last time I visited that concerned me and lost my appetite … DESPARATE because it's HPU only location, get it to go or just sit while you wait for order....walking to cashier unfortunately Visibly seeing behind counter where you place order in this store you may notice it's not clean. People that's don't eat pork may as well forget it because the grill isnt set up to respect contamination especially if the guy that drips sweat cooking on the grill!! NO THANKS I'll pass on the sweat sub
