Spent $35 on food for my family and I to eat this past Friday night. Woke up Saturday morning the whole house had food poisoning. Never will we eat here again my kids were terrified they have never felt that bad before. And my order was 20 mins late there is no telling what was done to my food.

Do NOT order from this tragedy of a place- and I use place because restaurant would be a reach to call it. They will screw up your order or cancel it and you wont know anything about it. The manager working the night of 2/19/24 LIED saying that they called us to say they ran out of dinner boxes when she knows good and well no call was placed, unless they are incompetent and cant operate a phone properly. At this point, I wouldn't doubt it because it seems apparent that this location reaks of incompetence. What a shame. It will only be a matter of time before this place closes down because they clearly do not care about customers or service not one bit.

Don't worry they will definitely mess up your order. 30mins after your order has been placed they will call you and say they shut down the fryers and cancel half you order... so you know enjoy that.

I'm surprised this particular Pizza Hut at this location is still in service! Especially, with all the customer complaints and negative reviews. I clearly called the number and ordered a pizza by carryout. Went to pick it up and the lady at the counter lied and said I didn't order anything and she had no carryout orders! Very shady, something strange is going on at this location.

I do not know if they were busy or not, but my partner and i ordered two pizzas on janurary 29th, 2024, and it was completely terrible. First off, they delivered a wrong pizza and we had to get the correct one delivered, but even when we go t that pizza, it was terrible. The pizza dough is 100% frozen pre-made dough. It is a complete 180 in flavor, consistency, and taste to what it normally is when they actually hand make their dough. And if it was hand made dough, they need to retrain people on how to make it. It tasted like the pre-made frozen pizzas that you buy at the grocery store. They also only put the sauce on the outside perimeter of the pizza.
Very slow, order said 7:40 pm ready time it was more like 7:55 pm. I ordered it at 7:23 pm. Crazy slow no one at the counter for like 15:00 minutes. People before me waiting in lobby just getting helped same time as me!
