We are regulars but the food we got today was unacceptable and I had to return the Philly the boss as if he had a nasty attitude and it was my fault they try to give us burnt old hard Philly cheese steak the new steak he gave us the bread was hard and hardly no meat or cheese I told him Ty he didn’t apologize or say your welcome this food use to be so good but the last two times has been horrible like we will definitely not come back and a horrible way to treat your regulars that’s money wasted!! He can keep his attitude as well!!!

I ordered the NY Stromboli, which was delicious. I got it to go with a side of garlic butter. The staff was very friendly, and the order was ready fast. The Stromboli was also reasonably priced. Would highly recommend over a Mario's Pizza on North Main.

I have ordered from here at least 10 times using GrubHub. Their driver delivers through the GrubHub app. They make good food. The problem is there usually 20-30 min late with the order every time. I order two strombolis and a sampler platter each time. Being late causes the food to be soggy and cold. Paying around $35 for cold and soggy food is not acceptable. The last time I cancelled the order through GrubHub for the order being late, I received a harassing phone call 5 hours later at 11:00pm at night from a manager of the location. Like I said good is good, but they can't get it to you in time. Photo shows the delivery time was to be 6:05-6:15. Phone shows time of 6:23. Order was placed around 5:15. So at the time of the screenshot food was late and it did not arrive until 6:30-6:35.
I ordered from Pizza Vino and spent $59 plus $9 in tips to total almost $68 and I ordered mild wings and they came with no sauce. I called the restaurant and they said, the manager was not there so they could not do anything about a refund, but they could bring me some sauce back out. The original delivery took abt 2 hrs and the sauce came abt 1 1/2 later and we already ate. I mean..who forgets to sauce your wings and ask you to do it. When this place is on point they are good, but when they aren't..they are bad. Never the same experience twice and I have more bad then good. Below is the pic of naked wings then the second is where I sauced my own chicken. Ridiculous! They are nice, but they never take accountability when they deliver you a messed up order!!
