The food is amazing. I am a meatless eater and their impossible meat is so good I always get it. I love that I can get my sauces on the side too. Highly recommend then. Great customer service too.

What a terrible experience. I ordered nachos and got a bowl full of queso. Called to inform the manager and he said to come back so they could remake it. Went back with the food only to be in an instant back and forth with the Indian woman serving food. Telling me I didn't like it because I took to long to pick up! What?! App said it would be ready at 3:43pm...I got there at 3:46pm. Then she said I should have called to explain how I want it...when I told her I called 3 times and got no answer she now says she was working alone. I asked her "why are we going back and forth. I don't want you to try and talk me into believing I somehow made this meal bad. It's bad because you gave me a bowl full of queso!" Then she said "because it's nachos I put 4 scoops of queso". Why do nachos need 4 scoops of queso?! I told her in the picture online it's not even a bowl of soupy queso...it's everything with queso dripped on it not swimming in it. It was so soaked in queso the bowl itself got mushy and collapsed in the bag spilling queso out everywhere. SMH NEVER AGAIN!!!! I attached a pic of what I ordered and wanted vs what I got! Now you tell me that what I got wasn't a soaking wet bowl of mush!

Excellent as usual. Better than Chipotle and Moe's. More meat and has great 'Impossible' options.

We eat a a lot from here but just today one of the servers only gave like half of the bowl. Management needs to hire better workers because one of the workers can't even understand english and they need proper training on how to serve. Idk if they are having problems because of covid but they barely have any ingredients. From now on, we'll eat at CHIPOTLE instead.

I love Qdoba! Don't get to eat at one unless I'm traveling so its always a treat. I always enjoy a chicken burrito. They are huge & you can have it fixed the way you want it.

Very clean, maintaining social distancing for eat in customers as well. Food was delicious.

Had a negative experience, called and explained it. They fixed everything for me.

I like Qdoba food, but this location can’t seem to prepare my online takeout order correctly. The order ticket matches the order I placed online but the food in the bag doesn’t match. This happened on both of our last two orders. If you patronize this location I would suggest order inside where you can see what is being made or empty the bag and check your entire order thoroughly before leaving the store.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not go here after 5 they will be out of all ingredients. And what they do have they fold into a makeshift paperweight that won’t even stay folded. Could not finish my burrito, it came apart in my hands. I want my money back.

Staff seemed to be overwhelmed. When I went there was 1 person working and she seemed quite overwhelmed and there was a lack of food out. A lot of it had to be prepared or replaced

I don't know where to start with this review. I came into this location to get an impossible bowl, but I was unaware that I would get the best customer service I've had IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. The staff was extraordinarily patient in letting me pick my entree and ingredients as I'd only ever been to a QDOBA twice before. They took their time to explain everything and were very meticulous and careful when assembling my bowl and it truly was a work of art. Not to mention that they were generous in their portion size!! I usually head to chipotle so I'm used to getting a half spoonful of rice and being able to count the pieces of chicken by hand. But my impossible bowl was HEAVY. It felt like a meal for a family. I was so not prepared. I had to have my fiancée help finish this meal. I haven't even gotten to the food itself! To quote Gordon Ramsay, it was *expletive* delicious. I don't even LIVE in High Point, but I will be back here.

I like this Qdoba in High Point, NC. It's clean, updated, and never crowded when I go. HOWEVER, two visits in a row the tea has smelled and tasted foul. The first time I noticed it, I had finished a cup of it and at the end I noted a 'funky' taste. On the next visit, I smelled a sample of the tea and it was HORRIBLE. It smelled like foul and contaminated water. It was undrinkable. I tried to tell the cashier, but he wasn't interested in discussing it. He went into the kitchen and avoided me. I have SERIOUS concerns about the quality of the water in this restaurant. If you visit, I recommend you get a soda or bottled drink. Don't drink the tea, unless you smell/taste it first. I am from Greensboro, NC, not San Francisco. I

Don't get me wrong, a 3 star review is a perfectly respectable rating. It means I will go back, again, and again. Thus is an average fast-casual Qdoba. Tex-Mex at its finest (for NC). The food was good, and I scarfed it down quickly. Ordering was a breeze, and the service (ordering at the counter) was friendly. The food came out fast, just what I was looking for at the time. Nice outdoor sitting area, it was a beautiful day, and perfect to have a meal in the great outdoors. The tables were clean, and inside looked clean as well. I wish the portions were a little bigger. Considering the quality and price, I would spend more than the average amount to really fill up. After eating here, I was a little hungry again in an hour. I like that they have keto options already on the menu. That make it easy for me (I lost 30lbs in a month on a keto diet).

Qdoba workers were very rude. I asked for a kids meal and they did not follow the order after asking for what I wanted. Instead of getting a cup for my drink, I got a water cup. As a restaurant, you cannot make a customer pay for something they did ask for. They were very inconsiderate.
