The guy who talks like the guy w glasses from the polar express has a huge attitude all the time. He is very RUDE and acts like a high schooler who got his first job. He rolls his eyes at customers and can’t even do the bare minimum. I would rather drive another 20 miles than go to this Starbucks again. The girl with the long curly brown hair in a pony tail also gives you dirty stares instead of greeting you nicely. The guy can’t even make the most basic drink off the menu. They act like it’s a chore for them to do their jobs. If you ask a question or need assistance they will make fun of you instead of doing their jobs. It’s embarrassing for Starbucks to have such rude employees working there. Never been to a Starbucks that has such HORRIBLE customer service. If you want a drink that tastes like dirt and anything but Starbucks and want to be treated like a nuisance then by all means go here.

Rude employees in the morning. Making fun of coffee orders when the drink is on their menu, rolls their eyes at your orders, and when you ask for a drink carrier they will give you attitude.

This is a Starbucks I keep coming back to. They do my drinks right and their drive thru is quick and speedy. Seems like they’re competing with Chick-fil-A right next to them! I also absolutely love the baristas here!!

I go to this location every single day and have for the past 4 years. I have been dealing with someone harassing me there and today the gentleman started calling me profanities and following me around. I went into the store to ask for help and the man followed me in still calling g me profanities and no one did anything. They wouldn't even ask him to back off. I felt totally abandoned and like my safety was compromised and as the employees watched it happen in real time they just loomed away and refused to help while I was asking them to help me. I'd hate to add up all the money I've spent every day on $7 coffees for them to not assist me when I was looking for help and safety. I will never go to Starbucks again. This is ridiculous.

Ordered a Venti Mocha Frappe with 2 shots. I had it delivered via UberEats. It had ZERO Espresso Shots! I pay for delivery and 2 extra Shots to have the incorrect drink that I can't drink. I'm out delivery and the drink cost. Then I call the store and No Answer!!! I'm a frequent customer and this level of service is inexcusable!
