I went in for lunch today and there are only two girls working …. One was on the phone and there was no bread made . There was a Long line . They are unprofessional locking the door instead of putting a sign for people not to come in .

All of the subways in high point have roaches and drug attics for employees n main S main westchester are dirty stores need better GM corporate needs to do something. The board of health will be involved now.

So I usually go to the north main subway being that's closer to my home than this one,but a friend of mind told me how good the service is here and recommend me to go, so today I tried it out andwas very satisfied.The new manager who rang me out was very kind and friendly. This whole environment of this subway has completely changed for the better! Food was delicious and I will definitely be making this subway my regular store to purchase my lunch meals!!! ❤️

Placed an on-line order on my way to work got there was 1 customer in line my sandwich wasn't ready ok I was a few mins early no big deal. There was one guy making sandwiches ( not mine tho) two ladies in the back chit chatting. The line starts but get a Lil long so one lady comes out and jumps on to help. Still no one mentioned my order or acknowledges that I am standing there. So I wait until 10 mins after my order was scheduled to be ready to approach the lady. I asked about my order that was well over due she goes to look at the ticket and heads to start making it, then she turns to me and says we have to take care of the customers in the store before online orders. I told her when I came in there was only one customer so the order had been in earlier. She gets an attitude makes my wrap at a snails pace leaves off half the meat. Then puts it on the back counter to get a bag. I said can I just have my sandwich I am going to be late for work. She yells at me that she is trying to make sure I get my whole order. I was like it's just a sandwich and two cookies all of which you already have right there. She says there is a drink on here too but I was standing in front of the cups that's not going in a bag!! I said can I just get my sandwich cause you are making me late foe work and she slings the food at me. By far the rudest person I have ever dealt with it could have gone so much better if she had apologized and said they over looked the slip.

Customer service was great!! April was very hospitable!!The food we ordered was pretty good! I did notice the lettuce was a little brown. Spinach was a little wilted. The pickles did not look good.

This subway location is clean but the employees don't wash there hands. Then when you say something they get an attitude. I asked who is the manager, their response was I can't give out that information. They need to wash their hands, they think because they throw on a pair of gloves it's ok. I can't eat there!!!

Generally speaking, for the cluster of subway locations, this one is pretty good. The staff are nice and the food has been good. The facility seems clean also.

I've had 2 deliveries through door dash in the last couple weeks. Both those orders we're not what I ordered. They gave me a gross meatball sub with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, black olives and oil and vinegar. When I ordered an Italian BMT. Then they left out 2 bags of chips.The second order was today. The right sub on the wrong bread and once again Subway, you left out 2 bags of chips. I was told to call the headquarters for a refund the first time?. And no one knew the number. What a coincidence. They don't even deserve one star but you have to so you can comment.I guess it's hard to make a sandwich when you can't read the ingredients. I will never waste my money or time here again?

Holy cow...I did not realize this location gets so busy during lunch time. There were 2 young ladies who HANDLED that lunch rush and they didn't lose a bit of customer service skill while getting lunch orders out quickly
