Excellent service and great food! Been there many times and I'm always satisfied with food and service! Canadian bacon and egg sandwich on wheat is a favorite of mine. Have a great selection of food and homemade desserts at the counter. Very clean restaurant and restrooms, very fast service!

Absolutely idiotic and unintelligent staff. Drive 30mins to get to the place, and order a bacon, egg and cheese bisc. I was asked THREE times "steak or bacon" All three times I responded "bacon". I get home and... I unwrap a nice soggy, essentially soaking wet steak biscuit. This place has gone down the drain.

I always notice how busy The Biscuit Factory is. I finally got a chance to eat there today, and now I know why they call it The Biscuit Factory. They have the biggest biscuits in the city! I enjoyed my breakfast, I could be tripping, but it was kind of expensive. We got 2 biscuits, 2 fries, a hasbrown, and 2 drinks for 29.09.
Definitely overpriced for the side portions they give you. For example $2+ for 1 hashbrown?

Ordered a Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit. When I got to the window, I was told it was almost $7. I thought this was a mistake as I was told I ordered Canadian bacon. The biscuit was hard, the bacon was burnt, and it was cold. I will not go back and pay that price for horrible food. When I asked the cashier about the price, she was like yes that’s the cost. She offered to give me back “the cents part” of the cost, but I said “No I just won’t come back”. Then she handed me my food, said thank you, and slammed the window in my face. I don’t mind paying slightly higher ($2 more in this case) if the food is good, but for it to be bad and the service be bad- NOPE!!!
