Worst customer service ever. I went into the store at around 9:30 PM. Store closes at 11 PM. I was trying to buy an adapter for my phone charger. So I went to the entertainment section of the store however I was not able to find anybody to assist.The concern was that the item I was trying to purchase had a security lock. I asked 2 people however I was told that employees who worked in that area were all gone to ask upfront at the registers.The people at the register directed me to somebody at the customer service area. However she was not of much assistance. I told her my situation and that I was trying to buy an adapter however it was locked.Her only response was nobody was available and I needed to come the next day. I told her If a manger was available and she only could say that the manager did not work in that section. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager and she called somebody and later she told me the manger did not have a key and nobody else in the store either.Though I insisted in talking with a manger I never talked directly with the manger either on the phone or face to faceI asked if she could assist in removing the item that I was going to purchase with some scissors. However she said she could not. The only thing she was quick to do was call security so to inform me if the $3.00 item was removed I could be charge a felony.Unbelievable I was trying to purchase a $3.00 item and I was threaten with a felony for asking for assistance.Worst service ever I will never return to this store and probably to all Walmart stores. I would rather pay a little more and shop at Target were service is much better and I am not threaten with a felony for trying to purchase a $3.00 item.Wow I still can believe this happen and nobody was able to help or resolve my situation.

I was in this store just after 5 pm today.My cashier Anita took 20 minutes to check out just 1 man. She is always slow but way beyond slow today. I was in line longer than 30 minutes. I am diabetic and almost passed out in line. I usually go to Publix but needed something they didn't have. I thought since it was slow that I would go ahead and get what I needed there. BIG MISTAKE. Sorry PUBLIX.....I wIll never betray you again. Publix treats their customers so well and even takes their customers food to their cars and loads them into their. Never again Walmart. I am tired of your abuse.

Its my local store. They have the friendly staff. Produced is always fresh. Their variety is better than some as well they provide jobs to many of my family members and friends .

Neat, organized,employees always willin to help out and never to far away. The cashier I had in the back by the bikes was absolutely beyond amazing. my son who was diagnosed with brain cancer 2 months ago is finally strong enough to play and have fun again so we were there to buy him a bike. The guy came over and helped us pick out the bike took it over to the cash register so we could finish shopping. He kept a smile on his face, was so helpful and very sweet. I think alot of the walmart employees need to take notes from him

Horrible!!!! Delivery driver drove through my yard causing 100s of dollars in damage. Walmart refused to pay for the damages. Call the Corp office several times. They say it's not their problem. I will be getting an attorney and suing them for all the damage.
