Every time I come to the drive-through, they act like they are closed even though they are open. I drive up to the window and they are like oh sorry our automated message is up. We didn’t see you there. They are so slow one time I ordered a frosty and by the time I got to the window and picked up my frosty it had melted. That is how slow they are. I do not appreciate their efforts. They need to work on their customer service and their effectiveness and quickness to be considered a fast food restaurant. I love Wendy’s but this Wendy’s sucks.

I asked for my food fresh automatically from the window my sentence was cut off by this rude Caucasian lady on night shift. I get up to the window and end up having to pull back around because my food was cold. I expressed that my food wasn’t fresh as advised and was given attitude and told to pull forward. I waited 10 minutes and still no food. To then pull back around and only be given nuggets, my boyfriend fries were cold as well so we asked for fresh everything. MIND YOU NO FOOD HAS BEEN TOUCHED. I ask her to either give me my refund or fresh food she then calls the manager up there and she tells me she can only give me the nuggets and that we should have eaten the fries while we were waiting and that’s why they were cold. THEY WERE COLD FROM THE JUMP! I still need my refund or food Wendy’s I’m not playing ?!!!!!

I had to stay there for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, even ask someone there if they had a cashier working and she replied yes and walked away. The tables were dirty, and they workers were rude 1-2 % rating

After 30 minutes of nothing in the drive through line I finally pull up to the payment window and hand the lady a ten dollar bill. She says she doesn’t have enough change and tries to hand me an incorrect amount. I say I’ll just use a card and she tells me it’s too late. I told her that wouldn’t do and that I would need proper change and her response in an unfriendly lazy tone was “you want me to walk all the way up front”. She walks up front and throws the change in my hand, scoffs under her breath, and ignores my request for sauce by shutting the window. I’ve never in my life seen an establishment be so reluctant to give me my proper change.

I came in for lunch today (March 3rd 2024. Sunday ) the girl taking my order ( name is tyhogany) was very very rude as she took my family’s order . Bad attitude and her had a bad face expression. Just very bad atmosphere. I believe that they need to train their employees more or if they don’t want to work here and have a good attitude towards the customers then to go find another job !! Wouldn’t recommend someone to come eat here ! . High point 2010 north main restaurant
