This location is hit or miss. The food is usually great but the online orders are never actually prepared ahead. I'll arrive 30 minutes later and they're just starting to prepare it and you have to wait around. Ridiculous. Most of the staff just talk and cut up the entire time instead of doing their job.

This is the first time I tried Wing Stop . . . I ordered naked wings, my friend BBQ . . . food was a bit slow, but they were really busy. TBH, the wings were average, nothing to bring me back.

I called 2 different times to place order on phone due to driving and they refused because it was 30 wings but 2nd time it was only 20 with fries and they said oh you have to order online or come inside no wonder why I like Buffalo wild wings better they will take all size orders on phone regardless size.
Arianna had attitude with me the entire time I was trying to order. If I had a question heaven forbid she acted as though it was an inconvenience to have to tell me. Her demeanor and eye contact were impatient and disrespectful. No one was behind us. People shouldn’t feel like they are a bother to be waited on by a cashier. That’s her job and it’s not a super hard one as far as I can see.Normally the food here is good so I’m going to give a decent score for that. I asked for a manager and they sent some little day shift kid who was probably 19. She continued to talk junk at me in front of everyone in the restaurant. Raising her voice to me. Then calls the district manager talking about the whole incident in front of other customers as I am waiting for my food. I will be calling the district manger. This is completely over the top.
