The staff at this place are lovely. This is a great frame shop and they have everything you could want. Don't mistake that. I most enjoyed dealing with the staff of this very quirky shop. They didn't just help me find the perfect frames, they could actually appreciate the art I wanted framed in the first place. It's a great experience.

They have some really unique framing options and some of the staff are extremely knowledgeable, although I've had mixed experience with others.Whilst it's pretty expensive here, if you want a super customized piece, this is the place to go. They have hundreds of frame options cleverly velcroed on the walls. I actually returned the piece they framed for me as I wasn't happy with the corners and the frame was scratched, and they redid it, no questioned asked, so that was a good customer service experience.It's a cool shop, great painting and graphics on the outside walls and they're always friendly to my daughter.

Was driving by after work and saw the business so I stopped in just to look. Two women behind counter were very friendly and nice. It's a frame shop but also has an original art gallery with modern style portraits. I liked it a lot. They are also working on having a future wine/beer bar in the gallery area. Look forward to visiting and purchasing a piece of art.. and some wine/beer. Great amount of frames to choose from. Worth visiting!!

I have had multiple items framed and matted at Studio 71. I have been pleased with the quality of workmanship every time but one. On that one occasion my concerns were addressed and fixed without any hassle.Most recently I had my daughter's cross stitch framed. The owner chose the framing and matting and I'm glad I allowed him to use his own artistic judgement. He chose a frame I wouldn't have thought of and the results were wonderful! He is truly an artist to be trusted with your framing.

I just had a refrigerator door framed to display my collection of magnets from travel. Looks great and I'm excited to be hanging it in my home.
