No one in line. 4 employees there. All looked at us yet never even attempted to take our order. This KFC is by far the worst one I've ever been to. Everytime I've ever been there it takes forever to get what you ordered and more times than not the order is screwed up. That place has been going downhill for at least 10 years and its beyond me how they're still operating.

I was surprised that an employee helped me take large bag of food to my car and when we got to my car he jokingly was rude to the folks in my car and used bad language. I was surprised because he didn't know anything about us and was very rude. I thanked him anyway but that was not professional at all. It could have started a fight.

Food was OK except nacho fries over salted , service was terrible as in hateful people working there right from the start as I was walking in . The tall white kid was rude didn't say excuse me and walked directly in my path as though he could tell I wasn't white despite my skin tone and the cashier hateful attitude opposite as though she thought I was white . Only one nice was the manager. Now I know why they call it the dirty south . Restaurant was clean though. Parking lot could redone , typical down south dying town crumble look

I didn't want to make this, but I come here very often and i dont want to sound rude, but I got tired today, old lady at front with goggles is very rude, has a very bad attitude, she took my order, I paid for it but for some reason I got deleted, This lady had a very rude attitude. And anytime I go there is just the same, you guys can't have people like that,you guys are losing costumers, there is a Puerto Rican lady that works at the back, she is the most beautiful person and the sweetest one in there. Thank God she was there and fixed my problem Immediately, she was so nice and so kind. She deserves better, she took care of me and 3 mores guys that were behind me because for some reason the our order was not showing up on the screen, I really hope you guys do something about it because we just go there to order food, not to be treated like that, and Again, Thanks for the Puerto Rican lady that was working there today, she is a beautiful soul❤️

My name is Lakeshia and I usually love coming to KFC to get dinner for my family the service is always great but I was a customer inside the lobby at the Hillsborough location tonight and I was utterly disgusted with the way I overheard the assistant Manger speaking to an employee. She spoke very rudly to this employee and was very disrespectful to her as well. I don't feel that anyone should be spoken to in the manner in which this employee was spoken to. I highly suggest management teach their employees how to speak to one another.
